Almost everything is excellent, except a few things: 1. The do-not-disturb light is ignored by the staff unless you also hang the red tassel on outside door knob. 2. The terrace outside our room where peacocks would roam early morning needs to be cleaned better and more frequently. 3. The room cleaning person was always hovering around nearby looking for a tip (money) 4. As we were leaving, a number of persons such as the porter, doorman, and other such people gathered around our vehicle with the expectation of tips, which we gave but we wish they wouldn't do that because it makes us the guests very uncomfortable.

Amazing/beautiful property. Given price tag, would expect service to be same tier as top tier hotels, but was below.

Rooms are pricey but well worth the experience So many great people - Let’s start with the warm welcome from the front , Vans - who took care of our room Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable. Rohan , Anika and Vikram with a glowing smile and attentive service and incredible pasta by chef Mohammad Soyal / better than I have had in NY Italian town -his dishes need to be used in the main dining area. I know missed others - but just incredible and appreciative of all they did to ensure we were taken care of. Everyone at the steamboat restaurant also Thank you

Wow wow wow ! Outstanding experience in this gorgeous palace. Everything was Perfect. Amazing architecture and design, superb breakfast and dinner. Service was perfect, Team was amazing. Especially Kathrine in the Lobby and Manish at the amazing pool 🙏

We Went to Taj Rambagh Palace for our honeymoon it was awesome right from the beginning we were treated like a royal couple it was really awesome among all the taj i visited so far this has to be the best and best part is the peacocks in the garden whoever is going to Jaipur must visit Rambagh Palace Exquisite

Beautiful premises. Loved the peacocks. Amazing grounds. We fondly remember our driver Mr Shyam whose professionalism and demeanour was perfectly representative of the royal experience that the hotel effortlessly provides to its patrons.

Property was excellent. But service was poor. My expectation from this hotel is for excellent service. I would like to highlight two issues 1) Hotel did not provide their traditional welcome to me. When we asked staff member, staff member said they will provide welcome before we check out of the hotel but they did not do anything about it 2) Hotel had Christmas gala dinner the night of our stay. I did not receive any service during the dinner. No one served drinks and or showed us where is what type of food. I had to be in line for about 10 minutes at every food counter.

This was by far the most luxurious hotel we have ever stayed in.The setting is so beautiful and peaceful; every member of staff, in the hotel building, the spa and the gardens, incredibly attentive and welcoming; the standard of service and eye to detail, throughout, remarkable. It was very hard to leave. Our time there will always be one of the highlights of our lives. This is a place you really want to stay in and return to. It well lives up to being no 1 Peoples choice Hotel 2023. Thank you to everyone who made our visit so special. We will not forget you.

Royal experience at Taj Rambagh Palace. Property looks beautiful in person than in pictures. Staff and service is exceptional. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and memorable. I would come back again

Good property. Garden area is a nice experience. Rooms are comfortable. Service is very good. Staff put lot of effort to make us feel comfortable. We had a late checkin. They arranged all activities next day fpr is to experience the property. Breakfast can be better. Was disaapoinyed with bread and egg section. Indian section also was average.

Great property, excellent service in all aspects from dining to resolving any room issues. Misba was a pleasure to deal with and resolved our room issues straightaway.

It feels like being in a Merchant Ivory film. Just unreal. Peacocks & and all sorts of birds sing at sunset. Taking high tea at the Verandah restaurant is a must!!

Très bel établissement dans un bâtiment historique. Un service de très haut niveau pas toujours homogène cependant, avec notamment un gros bémol côté piscines tant pour l'entretien, l'équipement plus que daté et le service pas au niveau du reste. Très cher au regard du prix.
