Nice room in good area. When we arrived we were puzzled by there being a towel on the toilet. We later realised that this towel was ment for the sink (which was leaking). There was no handsoap in the dispenser nor in the shower. Bathroom fan was loud and was not possible to turn off.

Got in at 23:15, checking in, agreed to put the car in the car park, receptionist didn't know how to pay for parking, so told us to do an it in the morning at reception. 690 NKR ticket in the window, and even though it is a private gated parking, the arrogant receptionists did nothing to help or resolve the situation. Completely useless. Never that hotel again, I travel 180 days yearly, and this hit a new bottom level

False fire alarm was ringing continuously, as we are requested to evacuate the rooms which needed to walk through the narrow steps from 6’th floor. Area was nice with ample parking slots available !

No iron or ironing board in the room! TV didn't work either. Staff friendly and helpful

Stayed 4 nites. Good location. Good basic service. Breakfast was at Thon standards. Room was large, but sparsely furnished and with bare floor. Housekeeping was sporadic and we were given letter as a heads up it would be , but was still below par. Egon restaurant attached was good.

Rooms are a bit basic, small and look like 30 year old. Hotel need an upgrade. Breakfast good

Varmt på rommet og liten (men komfortabel) seng. Rommet var ellers rent og i fin standard. Veldig sentralt, med p-hus vegg i vegg (døgnpris ca. 200,-) Fikk beskjed om å velge klokkeslett for når vi ønsket å komme til frokost, og fikk beskjed om at det mellom 09:30 og 10:00 kunne bli tomt for mat, noe jeg syns var litt merkelig ettersom frokosten skal serveres frem til klokken 10:00. Frokosten var ellers ganske minimalistisk med div. påleggskuverter og egg. Grønnsaker var kun tilgjengelig på en ferdigpakket tallerken som også besto av eggerøre og røkt laks. Det er forståelig at frokostutvalget begrenses pga. Smittevern, men syns de kunne ha løst det på en annen måte.

Very central hotel. Breakfast wasn't great but I have to note that covid restrictions might have made a difference as everything was individually packaged etc. Regarding hygiene measures regarding the pandemic top notch.

We stayed at Thon kristiansand for only one night. We were two couples, with children at the age of 12. The other couple had upgraded their room with one extra guest, but when we checked inn, they apologised, and told us that they could not redeem their request. There was no beds availiable. Our friends was sent to another hotel near bye. The hotel was full. When entering our room, we found out that we had been given a very small room, with two beds + "a bed in a draw" Our reservation said that we had paid for å double bed + a single bed. Besides this, our stay was pleasant.

My son and I had a great time, staying for the Punkt Festival. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Stayed here overnight before taking the ferry early morning. Well situated for restaurants and bars and a five minute drive from the ferry. Offered a breakfast box when we said we were leaving early so would miss the breakfast. Highly recommended - parking is extra either underground or “roof” (which is just above the reception area so overlooked by some rooms)
