酒店的冷气设备太吵了，影响睡眠。早上太早周边割草，不喜欢。其他还挺满意的。

Great stay!

It was a very quiet relaxing experience!

There was construction i progress which did not allow us to use the complete room and balcony.

Check in required two extra trips to the front desk. Our keys didn’t work and the second time back to the desk the clerk realized he’d given us the wrong room number. We were only here for one night. The room was clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. They provided body lotion and shampoo but no shower gel. There was one tiny bar of soap, we didn’t request any products that may have been on us. It was fine for our one night in Virginia Beach.

There was a lot of rainfall, but my family and I woke up to a leaking bathroom & leaking in the sitting area, we were on the top floor(3) so that tells me that the roof needs repair. The front desk personnel told me to let the engineer check out my room to see if we needed to change rooms!! Well we did now this room was dusty and black spots( look like mold was around the vents in the ceiling. I was told that this place is closing in October till next March 2025 for repairs, I wish i knew that before booking, my 5night stay I would have made other arrangements. You need to be closed now!

It has been a great stay. Everyone is friendly, helpful and courteous. The pools and hot tubs were clean,warm and fantastic! I would definitely come again!

Under construction

property is out dated I see terraces are closed (since last year) and never see any work being done Room is dated and has inadequate supplies( dishes, utensils)

I saw that your bathroom toilets and shower jucoze is not even touched toilet has pup. The rest is ok I saw you are on maintenance

We enjoyed the kids pool for my 2 yr old granddaughter but it was very noisey with the luggage carriers outside our room all hours of the night and day. So far from main attractions

It was our first time staying here and we had a great time at the pools and hot tubs!!! The hotel is outdated but the staff were very nice and welcoming. The room we stayed was VERY spacious and had everything we need including a full kitchen. Short Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

This oasis has such potential. Needs an update. During our short 3 dat stay one pool was broken down, another hot tub broken down and a family of ducks using the pools. The balconies are all under construction. Nice to see management fixing them, but more needs to be done to bring this beauty back up to what is should be. Loved the size of the unit and kitchen was well equipped, laundry was a great feature. Great location, nice staff.

The staff and the pools were honestly the best part. The rooms definitely need some work and they smell a bit musty but it was clean.

We enjoyed our stay. Would most likely come back. Understand the need for room key for admittance to pool etc. but had a few issues where the card reader wasn’t working. Only other thing … where were we supposed to pick up towels for the pool?

The young lady at check in and the young lady at check out were great, parking was easy and location great but, our room was not worth what we paid. Not clean, chip pieces and crumbs on the floor, several large stains on the floor, furniture did not look clean, trash and nail clippings on the floor in the bathroom. Again, a great location, friendly staff, just needed to be clean and furnishings, flooring upgraded or cleaned.

Everything was great until the lady trying to sell me Delta membership kept harrassing me. I have never sray at a hotel that send so many texts messages call my room phone everyday, and fake like they going to give me birthday discounts just to get me to a mettering that sells Delta timeshares. Just tell me the truth. That alone make me never want to come back. The other staff were great and the room was nice. Its weird the bedroom was by the entrance into the rest of the suite but that was doable.

The place was nice. The balcony was being worked on so we couldn’t use it. The pullout bed in the couch was disgusting to say the least. We did not receive any towels or wash clothes when we arrived. The front office was very kind and very accommodating. The room was nice but old. Needs an update
