Beds comfortable, room very clean, staff very polite, friendly and helpful

It was easily accessed but not near enough to walk to any highlights or pubs in Truro. Hotel itself didn’t have anything in it except swimming pool so just a basic overnight place to stay with a few things to eat for breakfast.

This hotel was very easy to find. The lady at the reception desk was very friendly and tried to help us as much as possible to make our stay comfortable. She made us aware of the pool facilities and gave us towels when we were ready to use the pool. She pointed out the washroom where we could get changed out of our wet costumes. There was a good selection of items available for breakfast in the morning. Trays were available if you wished to take the breakfast to your room. Comfortable bed but there was quite a bit of road noise during the night. Our room was beside the laundry room and I thought I heard the machines working during the late evening. All in all it was a good hotel.

The room was upgraded for me and the girl at check-in was very accommodating to us. I was disappointed we couldn't use the pool because of a team of kids and parents there hogging it. The kids were unruly to say the least. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine wasn't working in the room and I had to go all the way downstairs to grab one early in the morning so that was great. Other the that the staff were great and the room was clean and bed were comfy. That's all we really cared about. Easy access to Trans Canada hwy too .

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and we had a restful sleep.

Room was clean, a decent amount of choices for breakfast. My only complaint was the noise. Not sure what it was but sounded like a generator running all night
