酒店很大，我们去的时候有个会议，夜生活丰富，海景非常美，有码头，离coral bay 非常近。不错的体验。早餐也挺好。还有在外面练瑜伽的。

Sehr freundliches,zuvorkommendes Personal.wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, von dessen Terasse hatten wir einen super Blick in den Sonnenuntergang. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr sauber,super Massagen und fachkundiges Personal.

All staff very friendly and courteous. Hotel clean throughout.

Για 3* είναι άψογο. Για 4* είναι καλό. Όχι όμως για 5*. Χρειαζετε μια γερή ανακαίνιση.

Room was very clean but situated above the gas flue which smelt a bit at times when sitting on the balcony. Breakfast was amazing and almost all staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. Only one moment where the bar staff ignored us when we asked for a drink to be told the bar closed 14 minutes ago. This was not true for guests who were not all inclusive and when reported to reception staff they were apologetic but it was a bit too late by then.

Es hst uns sehr gut 👍 gefallen, das Personal war super nett und aufmerksam. Wir hatten einen top Ausblick aufs Meer und den kleinen Hafen. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

För att vara ett hotell med 5 stjärnor var det inte som vi hade förväntat oss. Fint välkomnande och bra service med vårt bagage, utan att någon förväntade sig dricks. Underbar pool, bra gym och fint område. Det fanns gott om solsängar, men de var ganska så slitna. Första rummet vi bodde i var rymligt. Sedan blev vi tvungna att byta till ett annat rum, eftersom vi fick en invasion av småkryp. Detta rummet var något mindre, men ändå ok. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade emellertid inte. Bra badlakan (både på rummet och de till poolen och stranden). Dessutom skönt att ha tillgång till morgonrock och tofflor. Frukosten var som helhet ganska bra, men den håller inte 5stjärnigt. Trevligt bemötande.

Good overall, but not the 5-star experience advertised. We stayed for just under a week in the off-season and enjoyed the warm weather, clean private beach, and pool. The location is great, with easy access to sights, a supermarket and bus stop right outside, and free parking for our rental car. Outdoor areas are spacious with beautiful views, and staff were generally kind, though professionalism varied. The manager followed up on our concerns and offered complimentary bubbles and fruit, which was appreciated. The interiors were the biggest disappointment. Our room was large and clean but very outdated, with a basic bathroom and plumbing issues that required repair. Upholstery around the property is old and worn, the spa area felt dingy and smelled unpleasant, and the indoor bar had the same issue. Food was average. Vegetarian options were limited, and some cheeses tasted freezer-burned. Drinks were overpriced, though the dinner buffet offered good value. The resort provides many activities and feels ideal for families, groups, and retirees who return often. For singles or couples looking for a truly luxurious stay, this feels closer to a 3–4-star experience, and a different property may be a better fit.

Das Zimmer war zu laut durch das Durchgangszimmer. Die Gartenarbeit hat um 07:00 Uhr angefangen, es war einfach zu laut! Das Badezimmer war sauber aber kein 5 Sterne!

Très bon séjour, bel hôtel

An absolutely fantastic hotel with everything you need. The service was fantastic as were the rooms. But what really stood out was the food. Absolutely delicious. And a fantastic varied selection so you didn't tire of the food. Our room was right on the beach and next to the beach bar. Games room, pool, slides, gym, water sports, lovely beach. The staff were wonderful and could not have been more helpful. If I had to give a negative it would be that the corridor outside our room looked tired and needed sprucing up, but the room itself was superb. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel, with great facilities and wonderful staff members. The private beach was beautiful and clean and the hotel rooms (with sea view) were excellent.
