They didn’t tell me my 100 dollar incidentals fee would hold for 7 business days

The hotel was lacking in customer service I asked for my room to be cleaned multiple times and for clean towels and they never did in the 4 days I was there.

Everything in this place was broken. I was moved three times because of issues with the room. The hot tub was not functional and the pool was so cloudy I could not see my hand under the water. In order To get into my room after 8pm I had to go through the front instead of the door right next to my room. They lock them at 8. The room I finally got into still had a microwave that burned everything regardless of how long you cooked it. The fridge was so iced over that I couldn’t use the freezer and the AC had one setting that worked and no temp control. No point in going out to sit on the balcony. No chairs and I was Pretty sure it would fall. Sara at the front desk was the only redeeming quality of this craptacualr hotel. She is More than likely underpaid and has to work Double time as the only employee on her shift. She hustled all night every night to make sure People were less pissed off about a crappy hotel

Quiet,clean and a very comfortable bed.

Very clean, comfortable beds, hot breakfast, but needs updating in shower area.

Was a nice stay for the weekend getaway. Will be on our list for return trips.

Our toilet was broken. We couldn’t open the dresser drawers. The hot tub was broke. The bathroom was flooding.

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself was clean and nice. The outside had trash all over. Due to construction.

Resent renovations have been done . Trying to get back in the grove of service . The staff was great to match us with the room that meet our needs . We like the area for the walk along the river and the view of down town. Eateries in the area .

Hands down I loved this Motel. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Lots of parking. You will not be disappointed. Don't stay at Motel 6 come across the street and come here

Older hotel but still comfortable. Great rate. Breakfast was a little understocked which they apologized for but the waffles were good.

I can't complain too much because I paid a very small amount for a night. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Overall, it was a decent stay. The property is rather run down and in need of updates.

The staff were so kind and helpful! They were very welcoming to my children and were quick to offer help. The breakfast was yummy and they had good options to choose from. We played in the pool a lot! It was clean and quiet, though the water was on the colder side. The room was clean, though there was some mold in the corner. It’s my understanding that this property is under construction still, so I’m assuming the mold can be attributed to that. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a night!

Ecerything eas absolutely wonderful. The feont desk ladies were so very nice. I just have one thing, i never received my deposit back and was wondering if that is still coming?

Not sure if the hotel was not kept up on or they where remodeling but the property was in very good shape, the room was not one to shout out about, especially when the smoke alarm almost fell out of the wall and chirpped a couple of times, hated the sliding barn door for the bathroom it dis not want to stay open, i dont believe i will stay there again.
