It was all good

Everything was great

Room was clean, staff were attentive.

Rooms outdated and tv didn’t work. Asked them to change it out and they didn’t even look at it. Or offer a different room. Breakfast waffles were good but eggs were dried out.

Front desk lady was fantastic!

Bed was noisy. I did the reserve now and pay at the desk and then was charged the full flat rate instead of what i reserved for after i tried to checkout because “ I did not pay on the app” Overpriced. I would much have preferred to sleep in the hotel right next to this one. Bad Experience over all.

Clean rooms very courteous staff

The room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great after a long days drive. The staff were friendly

It's always about the plumbing. Sink was too slow to drain. Shower head was loose in the wall. Staff were great. everything was clean.

It was right off the main road, a bit dusty and noisy.

Hot tub was plenty hot and pool great.

A very nice property. Nice to have such a clean and comfortable stay after a long drive on the Alcan. Close to lots of eating establishments.

Old inside

The lobby looks very worn, the free breakfast wasn’t that great. Lots of miss match furniture and the hallways stunk and looked old

I think the dusty dirty parking area could really be improved with some landscaping. Just planting a few groves of white birches would really clean up the front of the building so its nit so desolate looking.
