Enjoyed the stay in Madrid, was quite good hotel. Breakfast is simple somehow.

I have visited here for several nights. This is my first choice for business trip in Madrid. Calm and beautiful place. I especially love the lounge which provide me so much energy for intense work and meeting during stay. The price is also perfect and to traffic is good. From airport to here takes only less than 15 minutes. I will visited here definitely again.

This hotel is in a nice living location where is safe and quiet although is a little far from main sightseeing areas. The bar providing free drinks and light food which is very very nice for travelers. The all environments here are well designed with a warm color. Highly recommended.

At the end of Mar, my family (3adults & 2childs) had booked two double rooms for two nights. When we checked in, the reception staff seemed to be frustrated. She said that it’s her first time to face a couple and a child to stay in a double room and we needed to pay extra money. We asked her if it’s possible to allow our nine years old child to sleep with us together and no extra bed. Her answer was “ IMPOSSIBLE “. In fact, we didn’t mind to pay extra if it’s their policy. But when we asked her the amount of extra money to pay, she was unable to reply immediately and needed to check reservation. After one hour later, she said 30 Euro. When we checked out, the hotel charged us 30 Euro each night ( Total 60 Euro for two nights ). We felt that they could charge how much they want, no clear guideline and the frontline staff also in lack of knowledge.

Nice and comfortable hotel, very friendly staff, providing snacks n drinks free all day.

Nice hotel We stayed there for 3 nights. The staff there were friendly and helpful. The welcome note and sweets gave us a surprise and warm feeling. The rooms were clean. It provides everything u need in the room, including the hair conditioner and hand lotion (most hotels don't have that). The free snack bar is wonderful. You can get any drinks and snacks you want at anytime and they are all free of charge. Water, juice, beer, coffee, sandwiches, soup, yogurt... A 7-8 minutes walking distance to the nearest metro station and about 15 mins to the airport. It costs about 20 euro.

The hotel is really nice, new and clean. I especially like the free food bar arrangement. All the staffs are very nice. I will definitely come back again next time.

酒店的整體設計讓我非常舒服，房間內的空間也非常寬敞，特別是大堂的飲料與小食都是免費而且非常好吃。雖然離市區有點遠，但是都有公車與巴士可以到。我會推薦我所有的朋友，這一家酒店，我非常滿意！

I really love their pillows and beds. Snack bar is great for people like me with limited budget. It is a shame there was no roof terrace [not sure if it was locked on purpose or there was no roof terrace at all] Location is kinda disconnected to tourist spot in Madrid but it is all right cause in return you get a quiet neighborhood at night. (Location isnt that bad you can walk to the closest metro station in 3-4 mins max)

飯店很摩登好乾淨氣氛很舒服， 服務人員超熱心， 因為抵達飯店已經是西班牙時間23:30， 沒吃到晚餐，但這附近沒什麼餐廳， 問了一下服務人員才發現有24小時提供的snacks bar，有一般的soft drink，更有啤酒紅酒白酒，也有沙拉有三明治，真的好方便 房間內也還有親手寫給我的歡迎紙條， 覺得令人窩心 值得推薦

很棒的住宿体验，喜欢这家的装修风格。前台工作人员很热情，餐厅的早餐也非常棒！下次还会来住。

淋浴水压温度很差 隔音不太好 其他都非常好 我还会再住这里的
