Sehr nettes Personal. Tolles Frühstück mit gutem Kaffee.

Desayuno muy completo en variedad y ca todas de opciones. Aparcamiento muy facil. Solamente el Colchon un poco incomodo.

Zimmer okay,jedoch mit einigen Macken , Reinigungspersonal freundlich,die Reinigung jedoch qualitativ schwankend.Speisesaalpersonal mit Ausnahme der "alten Hasen" unterirdisch (gelangweilt, gähnend, ungepflegt, fehl am Platze wirkend) Speiseauswahl zum Frühstück auch eher auf Dreisterneniveau. In Summe ein 3*, hat mit einem Hyatt (ist seit Neuestem der Hyatt Group angehörig) wie man es kennt oder vermutet NULL gemeinsam. Rezeptionspersonal teils freundlich (auch hier Die die schon länger dabei sind) teils desinteressiert. Keine Nachfrage beim Check Out ob alles okay war. Wenn es kein "Low Budget" sein muss sollte man auf ein Iberostar, ein Aubamar oder ein Riu ausweichen. Infos Allgemein: Radkeller kostenlos (Schloss gegen 10€ Pfand) nutzbar, gute zentrale Lage (Bus nach Palma, Can Pastilla etc) Eroski Supermarkt ca 10 Min fussläufig. Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuss.

Das essen war gut, gute Verbindung zur Fahrrad/Auto Vermietung.

Clean, bright and large room. Near to bus stop, easy access to Palma and the airport. Food was delicious, along with hotel facilities. Attentive and helpful staff. Will happily stay again.

Hotel Leo was excellent value for money. Everywhere was really clean. Breakfast and evening option was good with a varied selection. My room and bathroom were a bit small, but adequate for a solo traveller.

Insgesamt passte alles! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich ! Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön ! Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für Unternehmungen mit dem Bus !

We had a really lovely week here celebrating my partner's birthday. The team even made the effort to write him a card! 24/7 reception desk was great, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent value for money. Would stay here again.

Todo perfecto. Única pega que es hotel vacacional, no es un hotel ejecutivo para viajes por trabajo.

There was a mosquito in the baked beans at breakfast, however my sons beans didn’t have them by the time he came down a few mins later, unsure if staff removed it or he just dodged, check in was very very slow couldn’t find my booking then tried to give two rooms when 3 was booked, rooms itself id Say is a 3 star overall ok stay but not the best Wouldn’t return here again but okay if You want a cheap base luckily we was only Here for 3 nights. Breakfast I only had croissants as the rest just didn’t even look appitising .

Mi solicitud de reserva era para 3 personas. La aplicación me permitió reservar una habitación de 2 camas con cama supletoria ( decía textualmente con cama supletoria para niño). Nos conformamos.. habría que sortear esa cama entre las 3. Llegamos tarde al hotel y la sorpresa fue que solo había 2 camas. El desayuno estaba incluido ( no lo decía así en la oferta) pero de todos modos tengo que decir que es de lo peor que he visto últimamente, el café era cualquier cosa menos café. En general la calidad de los alimentos "muy mala"
