我定的是2个床的房间，到达酒店时被告知只有双人床的房间了。而且酒店的女前台好象叫Melisha什么的态度很恶劣，不仅没有道歉，而且一副你爱住不住的样子。我们当时想算了，将就下吧，就住了。进入房间后发觉房间里还放了一张简易的单人折叠床，我们就要求酒店把床拿走，因为我们用不到。结果前台和我们说有双人床了，可以给我们换房间。结果换了一间非常非常小的房间。好象是单人间改成的双人间。当时已经很晚了，我们也懒得再理论了，就住下了。总之酒店的前台服务态度非常的差。

Our stay at the Sheraton was such an enjoyable experience. The amenities and staff were wonderful! After a long day of exploring Rome, it was great to return to our hotel and relax by the pool. All the staff by the pool, restaurants and hotel made our stay so pleasurable, they all went out of their way to make everything easy for us and they were so hospital - such wonderful people! Your service was phenomenal! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Der Empfang war nicht sehr entgegenkommend, da wir leider 1 Stunde, weil ankam mussten wir die Stunde warten, bis das Zimmer angeblich sauber war. Obwohl wir gesagt haben, dass wir mit Dusche möchten, bekamen wir nur mit Badewanne. Es gab erhebliche Probleme da eine Person über 90 Jahre ist und nicht gut in der Wanne einsteigen kann. Obwohl dies aufmerksam gemacht wurde, ging es nicht später, reklamiert, dass das tv Gerät nicht funktionierte nur zwar schnell das Zimmer gewechselt und hat eine Dusche gehabt. Der Rest vom Personal, war sehr freundlich

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist on arrival, but upon entering our room we found a large amount of brown liquid with the appearance and consistency of diarrhoea or mucus in the bathtub. We immediately contacted reception, and a cleaner attended, appeared shocked, took a photo, and cleaned it. Despite the seriousness of the issue, we received no apology or gesture of goodwill. Later, we enjoyed drinks by the pool and dinner in the restaurant. The staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. As all charges were billed to our room, we attempted to settle the account when checking out at 3:00 a.m. for an early flight. We were told the system was unavailable, so payment would be processed later and an itemised bill emailed to us. The bill we received was confusing, with different prices charged for the same drinks and a dinner total higher than the amount I had signed for. I have since sent three emails requesting an explanation, copies of the signed receipts, and clarification of the charges, but have received no response. The lack of communication and poor handling of both issues has left us extremely disappointed with our stay.

very very nice place to stay , not far from Airport and all the attractions in the city of Rome . place was very well maintain and wonderful staff , spatially in the morning for breakfast very friendly staff and good food . we will come back again .

La stanza era molto sporca. E' mi hanno pure debitato un' extra 190 euro sulla carta di credito senza alcuna spiegazione. Non sono affatto felice.

The hotel, staff, & accommodations were superb. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers to Rome!

Staff was great. I had to arrive a day late and my garden view turned into a parking lot view Had some people across the way who indulged quite a bit and they would put out their wine bottles noisily.I didn't do the breakfast package but I could get coffee every morning and the spread was dresh and beautiful.

Hotel needs renovation and updating. It's old and looks it. Wi-fi did not always work. Bathroom had a tub/shower that you had to climb into. Old faucets. I wouldn't stay here again.
