住宿4人房，房間裝修是新的非常乾淨，附的電扇還是德國名牌，我們中午就到了，飯店人員很好讓我們先入住，飯店住宿位置在老城區的河岸附近，非常好找，且逛街與景點就在旁邊非常好，剛好星期六，河岸登船處廣場早上還有二手市集可以逛逛，有很多物超所值的物品（商品是可以議價）

The hotel was great. The breakfast was ok. The room was very nice but quite compact.

Clean room, friendly staff, shops nearby

This was a nice holiday in a good area right beside opera house. However it was 30 degrees when we stayed and there was no AC. We got an upgrade to the adjoining hotel which was much better. Floor needed washed in original room It was v stained

10 minutes walk to the downtown and quiet. Room is a bit small but clean.

One of the best hotel we stayed in Switzerland, everything you need is in this area, train station is walkable , shops , restaurant . Will recommend this with no doubt.

Location was perfect. Close to the lake, train station and transport. Lots of dining options nearby. Hotel was clean nice breakfast and staff very friendly

The stay was wonderful! The hotel is super well located, perfect bed linen, wonderful breakfast and super attentive staff, especially Alex, who served us very well with his joy and disposition.

Lovely hotel close to the Xmas market. Got a free upgrade to a family suite with a balcony.

Leider hat es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer und bei offenem Fenster ist es am späten Abend ziemlich lärmig

Okey Hotel - part of the Opera Hotel… or at least in the back. Rooms super small… and unfortunately with this warm weather no air conditioning. Our room was towards a courtyard in the back so also no colder air through the window.

Hotel management went above and beyond to accommodate. Very pleased we stayed here overall and the location is really lovely. The balcony units are great if you can get one of those. Would stay again in the future.
