Good location. The flat is spacious.

Location was good. The rooms were larger than expected. Difficulties turning shower on in bathroom.

Staff were helpful. Just unfortunately, the first apartment we were given have a mirror broken. They however changed it to another immediately. Door key was not available initially because their door key machine was out of order but it was fixed later the day. The arrangement of entering the apartment after their reception closed was complicated. You need to remember the gate password but the lock was not very responsive to the password. We tried many times with several other hotel guests before we can get it. The dining room is roomy. It would be best if the sleeping room size is a bit bigger.

行程主要來睇波，附近就有去晏菲路球場嘅巴士直達球場門口，很方便，房間有點舊式但空間很大，廚房設備很好

房間很大，很舒適,很整潔。設備齊備，甚至有洗衣機,方便長時間抖留。有lift,很方便,也算近景點,職員友善。唯獨是洗澡水喉較難開,最後一晚突然沒有熱水,接待處沒有24小時服務。

Awful mattress, drying function of the washing machine is out of order. Other then these, the stay is good.

入住這類公寓式酒店，不會要求甚麼服務，只要清潔，設備齊全，最好可以十二或一点才退房。。

Very suffocating aparthotel. The AC was not working and it was not a properly ventilated room.

Great place, clean and lots of space. Only criticisms were hard pillows and noise from outside. It was freshers week, never the less you could hear the laughter and screaming

Spotlessly clean accommodation, modern facilities. Staff very helpful (especially KELLY). All staff only to pleaesd to help.

Rooms where comfy with all the amenities you could need.

Very nice apartment, very clean. Comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Liverpool One. Had underground parking which is a bit tight if you have a large car but very handy. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money.

Laura at the desk was so friendly and helpful, she provided all relevant information and made us feel really welcome, our apartment was spacious and very clean, and suited our needs well. Feedback: the bed in the master room was very comfortable but sooo high I had to literally jump onto it and slide off, I am of average height, and the taps in the showers were really stiff and hard to use, apart from that everything else was great.

Very uneventful and quiet. Everything was as advertised. No extras or frills.

Location is very central, 5-10 minutes walk from The Cavern Club and The Beatles Museums. There are good views from the top floors. The apartment was clean and tidy with a fully functioning kitchen. The use of the underground car park is recommended, its a litle tricky to find and navigate round but wirth the extra money. Our stay was only 1 night, but would recommend for a longer self catering stay

Would like to say thank you to Kelly, even though she was the only staff available considering the busy weekend with the parade, Kelly offered us a larger apartment for the 3 of us to stay in, she was welcoming when we arrived late afternoon, even though the room wasn't available she allowed us to leave our luggage and come back to check in. Thank you Kelly for being so nice. Would definitely come back.
