各方面都不好, 而且在离开时才告诉我们当政府规定要收每人20欧罗, 有点被抢感觉, 早知如此, 还是到附近維也納酒店住

这家酒店的地理位置还行，靠近新天鹅堡。就是服务不怎么样，还好多国人入住，前台对待客人较冷淡，我们有一张加床，结果入住的时候就看见一张沙发，床上用品都没有，前台说是忘了布置了。把沙发摊出来后，房间非常拥挤，加床也不舒服，关键价格还不便宜。

很晚差不多11点才入住，老大爷很一直等我们。很感谢。酒店早餐很丰盛。

it's so nice to have the one night at Ruchti! They have plenty of parking places and locates right opposite to the Alpen~ We are so reluctant to leave the hotel room that we leave for Neuschwanstein till 11:00 a.m. with the final result that the admission to Neuschwanstein is till 6 p.m.~

我是自駕的，如果不是，會比較遠。 而且酒店方面比較舊，不過都好整潔。 員工都帶親切笑容。

非常难忘的一次酒店体验，很古老的酒店，还很温馨

酒店离天鹅堡开车5km，可以免费停车。整体非常舒适，很温馨，就像一个大家庭，服务也不错，房间宽敞有阳台。我们兑换的含早晚餐，晚餐居然可以随便在菜单中选择。不过因为菜量比较大，我们吃过主菜根本吃不下甜点了。味道很不错。早餐只有我们两个人，不过依旧很丰盛。

離鬧區非常偏遠的旅社,狀況非常不好!不建議入住

酒店環境很好，房間舒適，露台有优美的景觀。酒店的工作人員態度熱情。早餐豐富，麵包是新鮮焗好的，滋味很好。唯一美中不足之處是酒店較難找，如在路口有指示，則較理想。

The location of hotel was so far away from the train main station but the view outside of hotel was nice and quiet. The lift was not working as we needed to carry all the heavy baggages and suit cases to the room of upper floor, no free wifi provided as the staff said that the connection was broken down on that few days, it caused we can't communicate with our friends and family during the staying in hotel!

房間有免費wifi,床很舒服,有免費早餐,前面有一大片草皮,冬天去都是雪景,從火車站走到旅館要半小時,沒有熱水壺可以煮水,牙刷牙膏自己要準備,洗髮精和沐浴乳是用一包試用包,會不夠用

The place is nice, the breakfast is good. However, the location is rather bad, got to walk a bit far from the station. Overall, it's worth the price.

近市中心，約5分鐘路。房面積比較小。

a sweat bavaria style hotel,but traffic is a little unconvenient.酒店是典型的巴伐利亚风格，身处美丽的阿尔卑斯山区，是理想的旅游度假胜地。不过相对于小镇而言，酒店的位置稍有不便，尤其是对于没有开车的游客来说。门口有免费停车场，开车来还算好找。酒店周围都是旅馆，没东西要去镇上，大约1公里远。
