客房很大還可以烹飪，適合家庭和不習慣西國料理喜歡烹飪的旅客！房間雖大但不是很新，廁所有些老舊，還有很重的霉味！我們連住三晚，第一晚請清潔人員打掃，隨意且不用心令人吃驚！距離主要觀光景點10站以上，往返交通很辛苦！附近相對主要觀光景點附近較無餐廳可選擇！優點為櫃檯人員親切提供行李寄放，去查馬丁火車站（可搭火車前往馬德里北部景點）只要三站！

I like the location and the condition of the property, but the communication was poor. Also the apartment was overpriced.

Small room, refrigerator smell, no napkins nor soap and the bathroom is not cleaned but the communications are great

Das Apartment ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. ein Bett wackelt extrem. Mobiliar schon sehr mitgenommen. Ein Topf Deckel war kaputt. Nachbarn kann man sehr deutlich hören. Die Lage zur Metro ist super. Ein großer Kühlschrank ist auch vorhanden. Die Handtücher waren sehr flauschig.

We had the perfect stay, everything was clean and as described. The reception staff was super helpful and nice.

El aire acondicionado en la habitación es manejado por el propietario, por lo tanto sufrimos de calor en la habitación ya que NO pudimos poner la temperatura en nuestra habitación como queríamos. ¡Así que OJO con esto, más para verano que hace mucho calor en Madrid!

Die Unterkunft hat ihren Zweck erfüllt. Die Lage war super, die Wohnung groß und nett eingerichtet. Dennoch haben uns einige Dinge gestört, darunter die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage. Außerdem war es recht laut, die Fenster waren schlecht isoliert.
