住一次不想在住第二次

什么都要收费，往往客人晚退房几分钟不是问题，但是她没有任何通知以及电话催问告知，直接扣款30欧，实在让人无法接受，包括无线网收费问题，我前一晚买WIFI时以及缴费，早上打了一张单子给我，说还要再付费一遍，简直不可理喻。我对这家酒店原本住宿方面没有大的意见，但是退房时的这种服务态度让我感到恶心，再也不会来这家酒店以及推荐任何人来这家酒店。我从来不给差评，这是第一次！

A fuir !!!! Pas de climatisation alors que marquer dessus, impossible d arreter le chauffage, on crevaitde chaud !!! la reception a envoyer une personne qui n a pas regler le probleme, le lendemain on ns propose un surclassement payant a 80e, on se fout de nous !! j avais demander un lit double 1 mois avant et confirmer par marco mais rien lit simple dur bref, a part la personne vous acceuillant au petit dejeuner et une autre personne le reste ne sers a rien, hotel tres eloigner du centre et mal desservi. J aurai pu me faire rembourser je serais parti avant et ny serais jamais allez. Photo du petit dejeuner sont trompeuse. Pour le reste j ai pas tester car je n y aller que pour dormir, l hotel ne donne pas du tout envie d y rester, rajoutez un peu d argent y a beaucoup beaucoup mieux je n y remettrais jamais les pieds. Je suis pas du genre a me plaindre mais pour le coup n y allez pas vois avez 98% de chance d etre tres decu.

Chambre: propre / Sanitaires problème entretien: chasse d’eau défectueuse / Personnel: bar et restaurant serviable mais mal organisé. Accueil/ conciergerie: ne servent pas à grand chose car pour le taxi on doit se débrouiller seul …. Hôtel bruyant jusqu’à tard dans la nuit du aux groupes qui discutent dans les couloirs.

Chambre propre Hôtel bruyant avec des grands groupes qui discutent dans les couloirs la nuit La conciergerie ne serre à rien, pour réserver un taxi tôt le matin on vous répond de marcher jusqu'à la station et de voir directement avec les taxis présents

Usufruito del Ristorante per la consumazione della Cena. Cucina e servizio ottimo.

La stanza era perfetta pulita ed ordinata,il personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

La stanza era in condizioni impeccabili. La colazione è stata di ottimo gradimento. Il personale alla reception è stato sempre professionale e di supporto in ogni cosa, quello alla colazione un pochino invadente. In futuro ci ritorneremo.

La receptionist Valentina è stata molto professionale, ha curato nei minimi dettagli il check in sincerandosi che fosse tutto perfetto. Buona la camera e la colazione

Stanza piccola, ma pulita e confortevole

O barulho dos dois quartos não deixava dormir direito Nos colocaram em um quarto que ouvia barulho do elevador o tempo todo,só conseguíamos dormir quando os outros hóspedes já estavam dormindo Me senti excluída e todos os outros que estavam comigo também

Tutto perfetto.

The front desk customer service agents were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room were very clean and no smoking smell. Things that I needed for my room were fulfilled immediately after I requested. It was a great stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be closer to the Vatican. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good hotel but at peak times can be very pricey due to demand. Seems to be a popular group tourist hotel with bus loads arriving at times. I’ve stayed here 6 or 7 times so it must be good

Clean room

I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times. That alone should be proof of its appeal. Great breakfast, rooms comfortable and helpful staff

Non andava l'aria condizionata

Hotel vecchio andrebbero ristrutturate le stanze (per es. Porta del bagnoarcia nella parte inferiore). L'aria condizionata in camera funzionava malissimo (non solo nella nostra stanza, alla reception anche altri ospiti ai lamentavano) abbiamo dormito" con 29 gradi in stanza!

Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato, e per essere una struttura 4 stelle, abbiamo trovato le stanze molto piccole, il bagno oltre ad essere piccolo era in condizioni di manutenzione migliorabili (es. separè della doccia con ruggine) e la stanza odorava di muffa/umido. Comoda la posizione rispetto allo stadio e zona ponte Milvio, che è poi la ragione per cui l’abbiamo scelta, ma sicuramente le aspettative per il prezzo pagato erano più alte di quello che abbiamo trovato.
