This hotel is a favorite because it's low-key and peaceful compared to the sister hotel next door, plus the dining options are excellent.

Property is good but could use some renovation for being ITC property, however the staff was extremely good and accommodating. Didn’t like the initial room and was changed to better room immediately. Special shut out to Ali in breakfast area and can’t remember the name of another staff who assisted with luggage and any help I needed. Really impressed with the staff. Location is also very goo considering it is 20 min to anywhere you want to go

Very incompetent staff. Tried overcharging me by claiming I needed to pay the third party commission fees on top of my existing booking costs- then back pedalled when I got hotels.com involved.

Initially room provided had construction work with scaffolding- no notice of this from receip Reception tried to over charge me a nd were rude and unhelpful when I tried to extend my stay.

Wonderful property in middle of Kolkata. Staff, room , dining opportunities excellent. Only negative is that there is nothing much within walking distance and is below elevated highway.
