職員有善，免費早餐種類豐富，交通也很方便......只可惜可以快速回到酒店門口的L70班次極不穩定，但這不是酒店的過失，因此還是給予5星。

The hotel doesn't have basic equipment like the water pot, slipper, toothpaste, water etc.. suggest to put some tea or coffee or water to make it feel more warm.

WE HAD FLIGHT EARLY MORNING AND WE ASK 3 BRAKEFAST BOX BUT WE GOT SMALL PAPER BAGS WITH ONLY FEW THINGS INSIDE,ONE SMALL CROISSANT,ONE WATER BOTTLE,ONE APPLE AND FEW PIECE OF MARMELADE,NO BREAD,NO CHEESE,NO BUTTER,NO JUICE NOTHING,IT WAS SHAME TO SEE 4 STAR HOTEL BRAKFAST BOX TO TAKE AWAY. WE PAID 22,50 EURO TAX FOR 3 PEOPLE FOR ONE NIGHT,USUALLY TAX RATE IN ROME IS 6,00/NIGHT PER PERSON, HOTEL STAFF CHARGE US HIGH TAX RATE PRICE.

Staff were unhelpful and rude - especially getting seated in the restaurant at the hotel! Just left standing there until we left!

Overall a 2 out of 5, definitely not a 4. The restaurant was expensive and we could not even eat the food. Simple noodles and sauce, was just horrible. The shower head kept popping off and hitting my wife in the face and the AC? Forget it, it would not get below 73 degrees in the room with it on full blast for 2 days. It is an OK facility, but not worth the price.

The hotel is very clean and the staff were really helpful. There was a lot of road noise and you could hear everything outside the window constantly which made it very hard to sleep.

Room spotless, staff were friendly and made accommodations as requested.
