员工友善热情。 唯一不足之处是自助早餐区人手不够。

这是我第三次入住这里，一如既往地愉快。他们的员工都训练有素，真正体现了沙巴人的热情好客。唯一让我失望的是早餐的种类。如果能有更多选择和口味就更好了，尤其是面条、炒饭和蔬菜。房间一如既往地宽敞舒适。

酒店虽然老旧，但很干净。家具有些旧，我房间的镜子卡住了，能打开但关不上。总的来说，住起来还不错。价格不算太贵。只是离市区有点远。不过可以打车。

非常好，我会一次又一次地来这里度假。

Cukup memuaskan dengan kamar yang cukup luas untuk berdua dengan harga terjangkau, hanya saja coffee, creamer dan lain-lain tidak direfill padahal kami menginap 3 hari 2 malam. Namun cukup tergantikan dengan hidangan breakfast yang sangat lezat dan full of variation dishes. Fasilitas kolam renang dan gym juga mantap. Recommended pokoknya.

Approximately 1 - 2 A.M DBKK was collecting garbage and it was so noisy that I can hear the lorry's engine from the outside. Need to improve room sound proofing especially on the window's room itself, sound from the outside was so loud that I can hear the tour bus engine that was doing drop and pick up passengers infront of the hotel lobby from the room.
