I like the room space which is larger than others.

The hotel was clean. The accommodations - towels, furnishings, room amenities were as cheap and run down as they get. Beware parking is over $20 per night and off street parking is near impossible. So even though nightly rate might be a little lower, you will still have to pay for parking where the neighboring hotels you do not. Trust me you will want parking

Room was clean, great location walking distance to everything. Fan in the room and fireplace were noisy and the mattress was a little stiff for our taste! The hotel itself was great and so was the little restaurant downstairs. Would stay again.

Very nice stay. This is our choice of hotels when we are in Banff.

We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. It would have been nice to have robes in the room to walk to and from the spa. The floor in the change room was very wet and slippery. possibly some slip mats would be good to prevent falls

Clean room, friendly staff. A microwave would have been nice.

Lovely stay!

Room was clean, very comfortable bed and access to sports on the TV for the evenings. Easy access to a restaurant and bar in the hotel and 10 minute walk from the town.

Beautiful views. The room was nice, clean. However, there was no microwave in the room. Property was walking distance to shops, restaurants and easy access by transit! Restaurant on site but only open for dinner. We had to leave the restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

It was great.

The deluxe king room is not great. It is a basic economy room. The first room had an older mattress with sunk in bed, in the middle. I asked for another room with a newer bed and they accommodated the request. The new room had a better bed but not awesome. The window was immediately above a loud loading zone. Finally, bring your own kettle as their kettle has a lot of calcium or something in it so boiling water in it produces a layer of scrum/film on it.

An excellent hotel. Elmer really makes this place shine!!! Ever helpful and always cordial, he truly makes you feel like you’ve just come home. Banff Inn would not be what it is without him! Another note is location. Not far from the city center, but far enough to where it’s relatively quiet, it’s a nice balance.
