At the end of the stay we were charged an additional fee called local amenities fee. I had paid all fees and taxes upfront. They did not advise us of the fee at check-in but gave us three $15 off vouchers for a restaurant down the road and for other discounts. They did not advised we would be charged for these “special” discounts whether we used them or not. Not great customer service

I know Banff is expensive, but for this very expensive room, it was mediocre in most ways: window looked out onto stucco walls and electrical; the outlets in the room were poorly positioned (to watch TV you were expected to unplug the coffee maker); amenities were minimal; cleaning was fine. Breakfast is an expensive $27 buffet at a restaurant two doors down the street (the hotel "gives" you a $15 voucher, but you're required to pay an extra experience fee, so you've paid for half of the breakfast up front, whether you want to or not).

Lovely place very friendly and nice distance between busy town and walking to quiet part

Great place to stay. The parking fee was a little too much but we had no problem in street parking near the hotel maybe because we stayed there at the shoulder season.

Clean, organized room.

Junalyn and Isaias were very friendly and accommodating and room was verry clean as well.

Hot tub was great. Close to lots of things.

Somewhat underwhelmed with the room. For $200/night, you would expect the room to at least have a microwave. At least it was clean. Did not expect to have to pay for parking.
