A little bit dirty

Pool heater was down and no one told at booking or even at check in. We had very disappointed little kids for our 2 day trip.

We booked this room for 2 night along with a friend that also booked 2 nights based on my recommendation. We had 3 kids with use and chose it for the pool. Even at check in no one told us that the pool heater was broken. When we went down to swim we talked to the front desk about it being down and we’re not offered any explanation or any sort of compensation. We had to spend more money to take the kids elsewhere. Very disappointing

Excellent staff ! Clean rooms, dining options as well as a bar on site. Walkable to other dining. This is our go to spot when we're in Billings.

The rooms were clean and beds comfy. The morning front desk guy was not friendly pretty aggressive in tone. No continental breakfast. Pool and hotvtub lots of fun.

Expeidia made it seem way better than it really is. Also put in there add that it was regularly 300 a night and there was a huge sale making it 110 a night but in all reality they normally charge that. They do not have continental breakfast and prices are absurd for the restaurant they have. Rooms are behind times but for 110 a night thats not bad. Sink wouldnt drain in our bathroom.

A $100 separate card actually charge for incidentals in a place that the room is not worth a $100 and it takes 3-7 says to get your money returned to you after checkout.

Clean room. Restaurant closes at 9:00 but open early for breakfast. Breakfast was not included but was delicious and fair price. Service was great in restaurants and casino.

Shuttle to the airport is great

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. This was a weekend away with the family with grandchild. Pool was clean and warm and slides were fun. The hot tub did not look clean, so didn't get in. Breakfast was good in the restaurant, but was not free. This hotels is close to good eating places and just a few minutes from shopping.
