Everything was fine, except the carpet felt really sticky when walked on it. We had to wear saddles.

We usually stay at Marriott properties due to loyalty program, but ended up here bc all three Marriott hotels were booked! This hotel was actually better located in regards to the purpose of our visit. Indoor pool was nice feature if you are needing that for young children/entertainment. Breakfast is not included, but available for a fee. Friendly/helpful staff.

Came up to visit Stillwater area, which is a short distance away. Hotel was clean and service was great. Was slightly disappointed with the breakfast package offered. Online add said up charge would grant a “made to order” breakfast. Discovered the attached restaurant recently closed so instead we were offered scrambled eggs, sausage, and cold cereals.

I thought the building was unique. The lobby area was very nice and the front staff was helpful. In the actual room, I was disappointed. I had heard it was dated but I was not prepared for exactly how dated it was. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom left much to be desired. I didn’t anticipate a walk in shower with chairs/disability area. The toilet base was dirty and we decided to not shower.

The front desk lady was amazing and went up and beyond her jobs.

The jetted tub in our room was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable.

We had expected to dine at their in hotel restaurant but it was not advertised on Expedia or their main site that it was closed for renovations. So instead of the diner and breakfast meals we had expected we had to search elsewhere for dinner and the breakfast was poor selection of cereals and not much else. Our first room we could not open the door because of problems with the locks and our reassigned room had similar issues with the doors. It made the place seem rundown. The bed sheets were course and irritating. Probably the worst stay I have had in the last 10 years. I would not recommend.

Great service and great people

Overall not a bad stay. I will say some amenities need to be updated the rooms are far from soundproof and there’s no on site restaurant /lounge anymore. The room was spacious and the jetted tub was nice. Ample pillows and Dove products.

My room was good and the lady that checked me in was very respectful and quick with service, but the breakfast was horrible and the restaurant was closed down

Loved our stay! Our room was poolside. Our only complaint is our sliding door was incredibly hard to open and close. Had to put a shoulder into it. Otherwise it was an awesome place!

Very nice hotel, clean hotel and friendly staff. Wish bar was open a little later. If in the area again will definitely stay here again!

Not so great. Outdated hotel. Needs a refresh . Beds were worn out. Our room had no light . The view was a wall. Room was either to hot or to cold. Awful breakfast that they charged extra for. Just a very overpriced mediocre stay. The staff was rude to our hockey team manager. Its is good that the front desk staff did take the time to get in a remove the turd from the pool. Showed some dedication. Would not recommend this holiday inn.,
