整潔度高， 員工服務態度優良， 地點方便，房間整體舒適， 係佢嚟食市中心比較遠， 如果再去此地一定繼續入住。

只有房間比較小，距離超市比較遠，有400公尺，其他都非常好！尤其服務人員，一級棒！

My wife and I recently stayed here (April 28, 2026). The check-in process was quick and easy and the young lady checking me in was helpful and professional. The restaurant and 24-hour bar area near the check-in was filled with construction workers as was their vehicles (I have nothing against construction workers, I am just describing my experience). The downstairs area seemed dark and dingy and in need of a facelift. Upon receiving our room key, we proceeded to the third floor and opened our room. The flooring was vinyl laminate and the room was small. The flooring was extremely sticky as if alcohol or soda had been spilled. The floors had not been mopped or cleaned prior to our arrival. The bathroom door had a strip of black mold running along the bottom and the bathroom floor and shower area all ran together. I opted to leave the window open to try and let fresh air in since the room smelled of mold and was musky. What a mistake that was. I forgot the bar downstairs was open 24-hours. Throughout the night, men were heard arguing, fighting, and vomiting loudly non-stop. Then around 4am, the men decided to see who could bark like a dog the loudest. It sounded like a dog pound outside. My wife asked me why were there dogs fighting outside at 4am and I explained to her it was humans, not dogs. I the United States, we have a hotel chain called motel 6. If you want a cheap room with no amenities and probably not the cleanest, you go to motel 6. This is worse than motel 6.

All good for a few nights away with work

Only stayed one night but room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good

Parking free for the times between check in and check out. Easy check in room clean enough, but was facing a night club in a Saturday night, sc was a bit noisy. Earplugs provided free of charge.

Room clean and staff friendly. Conveniently located and there’s a big free car park. Will definitely stay again

Parking via sign-on Didn't use breakfast .as its expensive for what's on offer. No light breakfast option . If you just want a pieve of toast and a coffee etc

The parking is easy & free and the staff are very friendly, cheerful, helpful & polite. The rooms are basic but clean, the shower cubicle is huge & the towels are big too. We would go back again.

Staff very welcoming and helpful

The rooms were clean, but small. Not a lot of room to move around in or open luggage in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The city center was within walking distance and great places to eat as well.

I booked this hotel for the 12 noon check out. Our key cards stopped working way before so it delayed our check out.

Very easy

Close to the train station, friendly and helpful staff, bar and restaurant (which serves pizzas if you arrive after the restaurant closes). Rooms are basic and a bit tired but clean and beds are comfortable. No aircon.

Staff and service was excellent. Hotel very dated. Stains on carpets. Laminate floor in bedroom ripped. Sticky surfaces. Communal male toilet in restaurant out of order for over 5 days.

The room was clean and had all the amenities for a short stay.
