A decent hotel with tidy room. Breakfast provided although not much selection. Easy to go to Citta Alta and Bergamo airport.

Everyone was very helpful with our limited Italian. Breakfast was delicious. We felt very safe and lots of dining options within a five minute walk.

Comfortable hotel, located close to a nice range of dining options, which was very convenient. Uncomfortable access to the property and lack of signage was a problem to find a way to park the car. Friendly staff, clean rooms and soundproof windows a plus as the hotel is located on a busy street.

Nice upscale hotel conveniently located near the train station and the funicular to the old city of Bergamo.

Gut gelegenes sauberes Hotel. Imm Zimmer war es viel zu warm zum Schlafen und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig.

We would stay here again. Comfortable clean rooms and the staff is friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast with nice variety of food and well prepared. Convenient walk into town and very close to the train station.

Spacious room comfy bed and in a central location

Ok hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Huone oli sopiva yhdelle hengelle. Huoneessa haisi tupakka sinne mennessä. Ilmastointi toimi ja huoneessa oli sopiva lämpö. Aamupala oli hyvä.

The overall journey was great. Good location, quiet, clean and great check in service and experience. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was poor. The staff attitude wasn’t right and gave me a bad feeling at the end (no greetings, no explanation for the check out process, no feedback request).

Nice hotel for a business stay in Bergamo. The breakfast is good, and the bedrooms are nice ans spacious. Big parking under the hotel.

Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare la città, dispone di parcheggio privato ma con posti limitati, nel caso di fronte c'è un parcheggio sotterraneo. Ottima colazione continentale

Great stay - close to old city and attractions and yet quiet - good parking access with lovely clean rooms and great staff

Lati positivi: buona colazione, letto molto comodo, posizione centrale e vicina alle stazioni dei mezzi pubblici. Lati negativi: camera piccola e arredata per una persona anche eravamo una coppia, probabilmente ci hanno dato una camera singola. Il prezzo non vale la qualità offerta, siamo stati in alloggi migliori a prezzo più contenuto a Bergamo.
