Elevator was broken .. stunk of animals... poor customer service .. charged extra fees.. will never ever stay ... go somewhere else pay the extra 20 dollars

The room smells like cigarette and had cockroaches. I booked it because it’s pet friendly. The hotel is in an area closer to downtown. The hotel might be used as a homeless shelter.

Other than two beds there is only a chair at the desk. Nothing else to sit on. The TV is quite small, the flooring needs fixed or replaced near the entrance of the room. There's no information about the hotel or surrounding area. Seems like a pretty good location.

The caulk around the bathtub was sloppy. Just indicates a remodel done by amateurs. The elevator was not working (although they gave me a room on the ground floor). The lady at check-in changes my inadvertent reservation from smoking to non smoking🙂(thank you)

The property is poorly maintained, elevator was not working, hallways was dust, smell dirty and as if someone was smoking weed constantly, the tv didn’t work at all in the room. I had to check out about 20 min after getting in the room on the 4th floor because I started having allergy reaction. The property is in very poor conditions.

The sheets were dirty and had burn holes on them. The shower was dirty as well and the floor was sticky.

Elevator didn't work, and was given a room on the 6th floor. The entire hotel stunk like cigarettes including my room. Could not stay the night. I left.

This property was not good. The entire place absolutely wreaked of cigarettes. Every towel and bed spread had stains, the a/c did work but it was circulating the cigarette smell and damp garbage. It was gross. You get what you pay for - but honestly you’d be better off sleeping in your rental car. The staff did the best they could and were kind - but the property was not good.

Was nice and clean. However the price a little higher.

I got stuck in the elevator the elevators don't work. I never got my sheets the general manager refuses to return phone calls

I am kind of an expert on Red Roof Inns these days. Positives: nice, helpful staff, nice grounds, though not well maintained. Negatives: Really need some property improvement. My room: sink cracked and leaking, outlets in bathroom not operating, silverfish (insects) in room!

I witnessed a drug transaction that makes us feel unsafe specially when you travel with kids.
