地點不是處於熱鬧地區，距離城堡酒店約需走10分鐘，早餐並不是buffet形式，是即時order即煮形式送上，所以非常夠熱，很好吃。另外，房間整潔，空間夠用，職員友善。

The staff was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the area. Front desk was very nice and always asked, how are you....

Friendly staff, very clean and well appointed room. Staff very helpful in giving directions, making recommendations etc. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and the town.

The property was well located and walkable to the main Old Quebec area. The rooms appeared to be recently renovated and were very clean. The hallways had old carpeting and needed an upgrade. We would stay there again.

Beautiful old hotel that has modern rooms and is very comfortable. Has a small fridge and nepresso coffee machine (stand queen room). Very convenient to pier 30 cruise dock, and easy to walk everywhere in town. Would stay there again.

Walkable street of art galleries and antique shops near the hotel. One good breakfast place.

Great hotel find with elevator for an aging parent :). Our room faced the road so it was a bit loud. Earplugs handled the noise :)

It was okay - wish there were an extra lamp or two. It was pretty dark esp at night. Please provide a rubber bathmat to prevent slipping during showering. The dresser didn't have enough shelves. And provide instructions on how to use the Nespresso machine. The pluses is very comfort beds and quiet location. Had a certain feel to reflect Old Town Quebec City. Charming

Staff were wonderful and I loved how beautifully antique the building was, yet all accommodations were modern.

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff who spoke French and English which was very convenient for us. We were able to store our luggage before check in and after check out which was a great benefit!! The luggage was in our room when we arrived later which was very much appreciated and a nice touch! The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Lovely shower with everything you would need! A big bathtub if you are inclined! I would definitely recommend this hotel and the location from the Cruiseport was very convenient as well!

We arrived around 7:30 pm ( not late at all)And the check in agent’s computer had timed out and she was unable to log in. We waited a long time and finally they just gave us a room and went down to give them a credit card later. We asked for a 20 min late checkout the next day and we’re told absolutely not.

I love that you could open the windows. Very clean room, bedding was great, appreciated the extra blanket available.

The hotel was charming.
