check in very slowly.The hotel server people said“3 o'clock”，But I didn't have one room until 3 o'clock. The room's lamp was bad.and haven't hairdryer，haven't heating pipe.I called servers thrice,They didn't solve any problems.I don't know why four star.入住办理很慢，说三点有房结果到点依旧没房，房间的灯是坏的，没有吹风机，暖气也是坏的，打了客服中心三次电话，没人过来解决任何问题，不知道哪来的四星

房間舒適，早餐豐富，但地點離市區較遠，停車位較少。

Camera spaziosa ma vecchia. Non pulitissima. Lavandino in bagno inesistenze. tanta polvere sui mobili e le finestre. Colazione pessima per lo standing ed il costo dell'hotel.

Das Hotel und vor allem die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. Leider war vor allem das Bad in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Toilette selbst war sehr tief und der Sitz defekt. Die Dusche war an vielen Stellen schimmelig bzw. rostig. Jedes normale Hotel hätte solche Mängel selbstverständlich beseitigt, hier anscheinend nicht. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf den Golfplatz war das einzige Highlight. Essen und Service war gut.

Having air con would have been appreciated but it’s not always 30 degrees outside. More information at check in. Never understand a check in that doesn’t sell/ inform the amenities available.

Beautiful meal very clean hotel Staff could not have been nicer will come back only problem was a guest at a wedding was banging on door a 3am for 10 minutes very agressive started to kick the door and went on to try and bust it down then when other guests came past extremly noisy for anout 15 mins

The hotel and grounds were impeccable. I particularly enjoyed the sitting room upstairs above the lobby. Having breakfast in the second floor cafe was a wonderful way to start the day.

Obviously, the electrical problems and issues with water weren't good

What a happy little place this is! Stayed for one night and the staff were friendly and helpful everywhere. The room was lovely and the bed super comfy. The restaurant was busy so had dinner in the bar. The food was incredible! And the breakafst was really nice too. Overall this is a great place, really happy vibe, great food and great service. I don’t play golf so can't comment on that aspect
