Very nice place

This hotel is located outside the gates to Zion’s National Park. They have a spa on-site. They also have a nice yard area by the river to enjoy with chairs and fire pits. They have a heated pool and hot tub.

Easy walking distance to the Zion Visitor Center. Cliffrose is always the best place to stay in Springdale. Comfortable, friendly staff, heated pool and great hot tub!

Very clean. No major complaints. Our view was totally blocked by a giant tree so that was a huge bummer. I wouldn’t stay here again for that reason. Several room views were blocked by said tree.

Clean everywhere, kind staff and perfect location

The rooms were nice and big, we had a kitchen to make snacks. The pool was heated and the hot tub was open 24 hours. The location was perfect we just walked into Zion each day to avoid the entrance traffic. I would definitely recommend if you plan to explore the park every day if your stay.

Location was amazing Pro tip. Just walk to the park so you don’t have to park (when only shuttles are allowed), else parking can be a pain. We spent an hour finding parking only to then park back at our hotel. And realized it was only a 7 min walk to visitor center Fire pits were nice. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working which was a pity But the staff was super helpful Our bathroom was a bit run down but nothing egregious Restaurant was decent. Trying to be fine dining though some menu items felt a bit forced to be funky

We arrived in the dark. The view in the morning was unbelievable, like a movie set. You can walk to the visitor center and in the park. Shuttle stop right out front. Comfy beds too!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Setting is spectacular. Bedding super luxurious. Shower extremely nice.

Walking distance to Zion NP, the hot tubs and pools being open during the off season, clean property, and several amenities like grills and fire pits
