I have stayed in this hotel several times now over the last 10 years. Every time I stay here I am impressed by the helpful staff. On this occasion we were there for 4th July which is also my wife's birthday. They gave us a great city view for the fireworks (which were unfortunately cancelled) and vouchers for a free breakfast buffet. Great customer service.

Wonderful Staff & clean hotel

Hotel was nice n clean, only downfall was there wasn't any type of gift shop or a place to get a paper or Tylenol ect.. a vending machine for such items. Buy ... $19. For Tylenol?? Come on!!

Staff were wonderful, friendly, answered all questions, gave area suggestions. Room was comfortable and clean. Banquet food was tasty and staff was very helpful (a member of our party had a food allergy). Front lobby was inviting and offered lots of seating.

Staff was really rude, the woman behind the counter was great but we were treated poorly by a staff member in the elevator and another employee at the bar inside.

Amazing property and super close to everything we wanted to do. Full starbucks in the lobby and the rooms are Some of my favorite yet!

This was our second stay at this hotel—our first visit was back in 2018. We had another great experience! The breakfast was enjoyable, the room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the rooftop pool area, especially refreshing in the heat of June. The hotel met all our needs and offered a great space to relax. Although there’s construction happening throughout downtown, it didn’t affect our stay at all—we didn’t hear any noise from our room or the pool area. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and polite. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
