The suite we got for a family was surprising we don’t expected that so organized. Everyone happy 😊👍😍

Room & bathroom were cleaned great! Staff were friendly & helpful. My bed was very comfortable and breakfast was good too.

The decor was a wee bit different but overall the room was quite spacious, clean and suited our needs for this trip

There were bus loads of kids which kept me up later then I wanted and then I was woken by the noises coming from the room above me. I was getting away for a night alone to relax from some serious issues and I got zero sleep!

The shower head fell on my daughter’s head and water went everywhere. They did move us to another room. Then that rooms door kept sounded off and alarm because it wouldn’t close. So the staff said just slam the door

Very clean and comfortable.would definitely stay again. Only suggestions… keep slurpee machine open longer. My daughter wanted to try but we arrived too late and it still wasn’t on when we checked out. Also, morning front desk clerk was weirdly rude and unhelpful.

This was an older hotel that has been remodelled. It was fantastic. No complaints other than the elevator had a dirty smell. Rooms clean, pool area clean, breakfast was decent food and very clean helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

Noise from the room above was higher and only seemed to be from foot steps. I believe the plank flooring if people are wearing shoes is higher than carpeting. Small concession as the cleanliness of the floors with plank flooring is way higher than carpeting.

Very nice and practical facility. The kids loved the mini-golf set-up.

Wonderful great hotel for our little family of 4. We stayed in a family suite and it was actually restful! Pool was absolutely perfect, and the staff was the perfect level of being helpful without being overbearing. The kitchen even made a special meal for our daughter with allergies, and she loved it!

Hot tub wasn’t functional when we were there, breakfast was okay. Would be better to have sausages or bacon vs slices of deli ham. Also ran out of fresh fruit. Otherwise clean and comfy room/beds, nice interior renovations , good size bathrooms and tv.

Room was wonderful, stayed on the back side nice and quiet! We upgraded to the suite , lots of room. Breakfast was unfortunately cold otherwise no complaints.

When I arrived to check in, my reservation had mistakenly been given to someone else and there was initially no record of my booking. The staff took the time to investigate, found the issue, and resolved it quickly. As an apology for the inconvenience, they upgraded me to a suite, which was a nice gesture and greatly appreciated. While the check-in experience was frustrating at first, the staff handled the situation professionally and made things right.

We have stayed here many times. We are so comfortable and well taken care of we always come back.

The room was clean, maybe recently updated. The front staff we very unhelpful and rude. Otherwise for the price I paid it was decent.
