Such a gorgeous property. Staff is amazing and so friendly! Rooms are nice and beds are so comfy! We will definitely be back.

Everything was great

Service was top-notch. Food was good. Cenote tour was wonderful. Only downfall was there was absolutely no hot water pressure. I would go back in the future if that were fixed.

We liked the property a lot. Room, staff and food were amazing, We went in with higher expectations as to what kind of crowd would be there. Primarily a senior dominated resort. If you want a nice quiet experience this is probably your place.

This was our 42nd anniversary, and we could not have spent it in a better way. Great food, good drinks and good entertainment plus the most relaxing place to be. From check in to check out we were amazed. We were there for the third time and only the cost keeps it from being more frequent

Al entrar se siente como un mundo diferente, apacible, libre y con personas sonrientes y amables dispuestos a hacer la estancia un placer. Su privacidad y ubicacion dan un sentimiento de amplia seguridad. Los alimentos son deliciosos, abundantes y variados nunca te aburres. La libertad y respeto que se perciben nunca había experimentado en otro lugar. El staff de verdad se ven contentos de poder ayudarte. El cuidado en los detalles para complacer al huesped son exquisitos. Almohadas, toallas, jabon, shampoo, lociones, toallas para manos, champagne a la llegada. Aun que la experiencia fue increible, hay algunas cosas que podrían mejorar. Atención al detalle del servicio a cuartos y mini bar y las instalaciones se ven cansadas y algunas requieren mantenimiento en serio especialmente el fitness center.

Pedimos dos veces room service y jamas llego, desayuno muy limitado,¿ como es posible que no haya una sandwich de jamón y queso? Menu muy limitado, buffet muy limitado

The resort was just as it was presented. Excellent experience, no surprises. Will definitely go back!

A welcoming place for a Nakation. The staff is incredible. The $175 VIP per room credit was just a series of $10 and $20 discounts for various services such as spa treatments.

It is the staff that makes this place so special. Of course, being nude is a highlight as well. The facilities are tired and need to be upgraded. It is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms lack in almost every aspect. They are small, 2nd floor for the most part have no balconies, the furniture is worn, and some of the tiles have been replaced, don't match, and have chipped on the adjoining pieces. The beach is almost non-existent so it is Hidden. I'd still return and I love it but some things need to change.

The peacefulness

We enjoyed having the option of using the sister properties. We actually spent more time there as they had plenty of activities. Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Food was great and our room was wonderful. You can fly into Tulum or Cancun airport. If you do, make your own reservations for shuttle service as their taxi prices were much higher than what we actually paid to get to the hotel. They do offer free shuttle service to Cancun airport but not Tulum airport.

It was a nice, relaxing experience. I do wish single ladies could stay at the resort. I can only go back as a couple or with a friend which is disappointing.

Wonderful!

Our stay at HBR was not good. The guests were great as were the wait/cook staff, but that is about all. The management/owners were a nightmare. The food was not good. We had 1 good meal in 7 days. We arrived with some minor ailments only to find that the OTC meds we needed from the giftshop would cost a ridiculous amount. We negotiated a membership and shared a hand-shake with the salesman only to have the deal cancelled by management. This ended up being good as we discovered we had the best deal in the house and it was from Orbitz. We spent 2.5 hrs on this deal. I had a minor injury at the pool and was told I had a broken finger by a “lifeguard” who did not speak English, and needed to go to the hospital. When I refused I was bombarded with legal forms, and they refused to give me a half-used roll tape so I could wrap my finger. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

Es un ambiente muy relajado, el personal fue excelente excepto la consierge que se supone que debería estar más pendiente de los clientes y no tanto del celular, ya que a nosotros por ejemplo solo nos saludo el día después que llegamos y nos despidió cuando hicimos el check out y porque estaba allí, tienes mucho más contacto con las camareras y camareros que con ella. En especial Esperanza fue muy muy amable y si estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltará de nada.
