There is water leaking in the restroom. The floor becomes wet after using the sink.

Sofa bed broke. Air wasn’t as cold as I liked it. And it didn’t work well.

Great location. Friendly Staff. Clean room. Breakfast was phenomenal. Delicious omeletts, it was a pleasant surprise. Valet parking was on point, with quick and efficient service. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent. The TV didn't work when we checked into our room, but the staff fixed it quickly. No one cleaned our room or changed out towels after our first night, but when we complained, clean towels were brought quickly.

Great property! We went to a concert at the Paycom arena and it was literally 2 minutes away.

The hotel was clean & inviting. Very close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment.

Lots of construction in the immediate area and the weekend seems to bring out everyone cruising revving engines at all hours of the evening. Not something the hotel can control, but it gets absurd after a while.

Only here one night but felt safe and ideally located for Amtrak station. Slept very well in the comfortable bed.

Everything was great about the place.

Very clean, looked new, smelled great.

Near brick town and arena. Area undergoing construction which makes walking difficult. The biggest issue was it was remarkably noisy from the street despite being on top floor. I sleep like a rock but was woken up by noise at least five times during my one night stay

The size and interior design of the room was great—after an 8 hr driving day we were able to relax in total comfort!

Staff was wonderful

Don’t feel that I should have to pay to park if I’m a guest of the hotel or get parking fee reduced
