Nice hotel clean and in good condition, a little bit of road noise if you are at the back

Lovely welcoming place

Check in was at 3pm, twice we approached the desk to be told that the room wasn’t ready. The last time we approached they told us it still wasn’t ready and to take a seat Which we did and would give as a complimentary drink for the wait. We eventually Got our keys at 4.45pm It was a good job we hadn’t got any early Reservations booked other we would be in a right mess!

Room was clean, check in and out was smooth and friendly. Lovely hotel, would reccommend

Nice room however i got this room before qhen i paid for a deluxe double it isn't deluxe Also the waiter not sure if he's italian very rude and miserable

The staff at every contact were courteous, professional and friendly. The room, was spotless.

Room nice and clean bath superb unfortunately in my room i was kept awake buy a flood ligjt outside the window all night and also was stale water in the kettle

Very helpful and friendly reception staff as were the staff in the breakfast room. Even the cleaners said good morning Clean room Lovely grounds from what we could see due to inclement weather. Will reccomend to friends

Easy parking, brasserie food was really good, I had the small plates. Stayed on business room which was spacious and comfortable.

A bitter sweet stay. All the usual amenities, lovely clean room, nice evening meal, easy free parking, with the highlight being greeted by the delightful Nevada. The sad ending was to find that this is her last week. She has been a real credit to the hotel, and I wish her well in wherever her career path takes her next.

Lovely room with comfortable bed. Great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly, particularly those serving breakfast. Substantial grounds and plenty of place to park. I can hardly believe it used to be a Ladies’ Hall of Residence when I was a student at Leeds. Lucky ladies!

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our car broke down but while we waited for RAC we sat in reception and they supplied us with coffee.
