Plush and reasonably priced. The family loved it.

Very clean, felt like new, a lot of dining options within walking distance

Rooms and beds were very comfortable and well equipped, only complaint was one of our rooms smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. However staff were very helpful and neutralised it as best they could with air freshener. Early morning was very noisy with guests using bathrooms above and around us. The restaurant meal was enjoyable, and the staff were wonderful.

Close to sites I was interested in visiting while in Christchurch.

Great location close to the Airport .

We enjoyed a lovely stay - the room was exactly as pictured on the website - comfy and clean. The management and staff are very helpful and very nice. Pickup at the airport was prearranged (must request 24 hours in advance and provide flight info - easily accomplished via the email address link on their website) for $10NZ each and so appreciated after our long flight (Ubers are also readily available). The on-site restaurant, Fig, offered a nice selection of foods and we enjoyed small plates on arrival and a great dinner on another evening. Service was friendly and spot on. The area around the hotel is walkable, with additional restaurants and a large shopping mall and grocery store close by. Highly recommend 😊
