Convenient location with free parking just outside the hotel. Minutes drive to downtown. Friendly staff & overall room facilities have been ok. Shower water pressure is quite weak. Hygiene needs improving, dirt marked bed sheets, towels & multiple insects crawling in the room.

Clean room

Room was okay on the small side. Staff was nice. Stayed there as a team… Rough area, 2 cars broken into and one stolen.

Abrupt female staff on the phone at the front desk. Door to our room did not lock when pulled closed Roadside rooms are very noisy, heard the traffic all night, and sirens. Could hear the guest in the room next-door very easily. A broken car window glass shattered in the parking lot in the spot next to me, they gave me a broom to clean it up

It was a pleasant day, beautiful room, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in the Kingston visiting the Kingston area.

There was an issue with the toilet on the second day but there was no maintenance staff on hand, so we were moved to an alternate room. The alternate room had no secondary lock on the door, which is a serious safety concern.

Newly renovated rooms, laminated floors

Room was not the same as advertised; advertised to look like a 5 star hotel, when actually feels like a 2-3 star... Our thermostat also didn't function properly, could not cool the room and it was insanely hot so couldn't even sleep properly. TV was also very basic, had maybe 8 channels..

Clean and comfortable. Nicely remodeled. Great price and location.

Amazing stay!

Water pressure in shower was extremely low. One of the night stands was very dirty with some leak stain all over the side. Staff were friendly, location was convenient for us passing through.

Fantastic room very spacious, great prices, and the downstairs staff was very friendly had a great conversation with one of the men and he made us amazing drinks!! Definitely will be coming back:)
