Friendly and helpful staff, Clean, very close to restaurants and convenience stores. Excellent experience.

Rooms need to be fully renovated not just half. Bathroom was straight out of the 70s

Moved the chair in the room and I found a cheesie.

There was a coffee pod left in the coffee machine. As well, when I moved the bedding a peanut fell on the floor! I am allergic to peanuts, thankfully not as serious as some people!

The restaurant food was excellent! Great room, only down side was it wss too warm and the window didnt open.

We had the most amazing room ! Very spacious with one full bath and a half bath. It was newly renovated, lovely and fresh. Everything was clean and well stocked up. Loved having a keurig in the room.We were having a not so great day and the lady at reception seemed to want to make our day better with this gorgeous room ! She called housekeeping to see if this certain room was ready . We had a drink and supper at the bar where the bartender/waitress was so friendly and we had a great chat with her. The next morning my husband went to the restaurant to order breakfast for us and to see if we could get it to go so we could eat it in the room. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had . Five star rating from us !!

My favourite place to stay in Fredericton. Staff is always very kind and helpful.

Everything was really good, only had a couple things that didn’t work while in our first room but we’re very accommodating with getting another room

The suff was great. And very underrated. I gave them 💯 if you need anything. Thwt are there. To help. I would go back.that are all. So kind 😇 God bless 🙌

Close to everything

Older hotel, but I have stayed here a few times for work. Always clean and quiet and staff very personable and professional. I had a drive up - which was convenient as I had lots of stuff with me. My only concern was that the external door had the extra security latch, but the internal did not. I think I would have greater piece of mind if both doors had the extra security latch.

Updates happening at property will be an improvement
