酒店确实位于市中心，但是我没想到直到深夜这里还是一个如此繁忙的区域。

Smells old. The towel is only one. No face towel. No doormat. 1 pair of slipper and only 1 toothbrush. The bathtub always drain. No free water The water heater not functioning well

There's only 1 toothbrush and towels. The bed smell like Muslims. Lights are too dark. There's no vidette in the bathroom. I requested for a smoking room, but when I get there they told me its occupied.

The aircon is turning on and off our whole stay. Need to call the technician every now and then to fix. The whole night we just used an electric fan. Good thing they have spare one for us. Old facilities as well. Not worth the money.

Check in process is a bit long we waited for at least 45mins before we get our room.But they gave us a privileged of late check out till 1pm. Room is ok, spacious but the carper in there room is smelly already and need to clean up. Overall our stay is awesome.

Had a great time staying here. If you want to explore burgos street, then this is the right place to stay. The hotel is near century mall and rockwell. If you want to enjoy the night life in makati, then this the best choice. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Close to shopping center like walkable distance. A little bit noisy from night clubs and restaurants around.

Loved it! The carpet was quite filthy and the room was pretty dark, but other than that it was actually good. Not my favorite Best Western hotel but it’s decent. We loved the comfy bed, the cool aircon, the nice bathtub, and the view from the 23rd floor!

It took them a while to check us in because the booking had not appeared in their system yet .We booked it 20-30 mins before we got to the hotel. We showed them the booking confirmation as well as the receipt yet they made us wait for a couple more minutes. It was kind of a hassle to wait esp when we were tired and wanted to rest already.

It was great experience, lively location, near the night life if you're into it. Easy to get transportation as well.

I’m gonna start off this review by saying that this has gotta be the most awful hotel experience that I’ve ever had. We had booked at Best Western because of the 3 star rating as well as the 8.6 rating on internet. Anyway, when we arrived; We were asked for our IDs and our booking details, we had to wait for about 10–15 minutes but we didn’t mind anyway due to our excitement. We were offered a non-smoking and a smoking room, we took the latter. Upon our arrival at the actual room, ofcourse it reeked of cigarette smoke (as what a usual smoking room would smell like) but what caught our attention was the disgusting carpet and that abomination of a couch that they have. So what we did was we immediately called and asked if a room transfer is possible. We were told to wait for 5 minutes and they’ll be calling our room again — 5 minutes pass maybe even 20 minutes and there was no call. We just decided to go down anyway only to be told that a room transfer is not possible. Due to our desperation, we even told them that we wouldn’t mind if it’s a non-smoking room but was told the same as well. They asked why we wanted to transfer and I told them about the cleanliness of the room. What shocked me after that was the response of the front desk and I quote in Tagalog: “Hindi naman namin ibigigay sainyo yung room kung madumi yun.” (“We wouldn’t have given you the room if it was dirty in the first place.”) but we still insisted and asked to have someone do something about it. So they sent someone to our room to inspect it. Upon returning to our room we saw a ‘cleaning lady’ of sorts and we pointed out the issues. That cleaning lady then called another person which we find very rude, I believe that she was some ‘senior’ employee because she knows and commands a bunch of other employees there as well. Anyway, what they did was they replaced the disgusting couch and vacuumed the whole place down which didn’t frontoffice anything anyway as he stains were embedded onto the carpet. Mind you, we didn’t hear any kind of apology whatsoever from them. It was not worth the 3,500 php that we paid for. It is not a family friendly place, lots of sex workers with foreigners booked at the hotel as well. We actually even heard some screaming on the hallways about some foreigners accusing a Filipina of stealing some belongings and it was around 7 - 8 in the morning so we didn’t care at all on what went on. We had a pretty half a**ed breakfast, I’d rate it at 2/5 (Didn’t really expect much to be honest). Conclusion: Burn this place down. There are a ton of better hotels near the area, I suggest that you avoid this one and turn the other way around. *Please see attached photos for reference*

At first I was hesitant to book Best Western Oxford Suites Makati since it is located at the heart of very colorful Burgos St. What made me choose the hotel among others was the balcony that the hotel room offers which is perfect for my smoking husband and the Turkish Restaurant nearby. Hotel room furnitures is fine. It just that the room carpet is old and have plenty of stains. It would be nice if they have a hotel spa and a lively lounge. Guests would not go out to look for other place to sit and relax.

Nice and comfortable room. Didn't expect that premium executive room with such a low price. This is madness!! I'm sure gonna book again. Love the promo.

That old wet carpet smell...

There was no bidet and had to request bathrobe and slippers, the carpet looks filty but the food was great, staff are nice, room is comfy and overall stay was good.

The room and the facilities are very old, outdated. Our room was stinky too. The only staff who was courteous enough was the security guard and the checkout front desk lady. The guy manager who we asked if it's possible to leave our luggages for an hour because we will be having lunch replied haughtily and treated us like we're asking a big favor from him. We hope we had more time browsing for some hotel options.

It was great! my brother and I had a lot of fun and the bed was super comfortable!
