Too old and room is small.

The management of this hotel is appalling. Before I checked in, I filled out the 6 PM room service according to the form given by the front desk, but they were not only 30 minutes late but the fruit was still rotten. And their dinner delivery system is not cheap and not worth it. The service charge adds up to $20 but they just deliver the food to the door and walk away. They also charge vacation fees! There was a problem with the bath's massage system and we had to turn off the bath to prevent it from suddenly opening in the middle of the night. The infuriating service ended with a free plate of fruit($15) and a few apologies. This store is not worth the price and is not recommended at all!

I will not stay here again. The property is dated and the rooms are small, not as advertised. Westin next door offers better deal with a great pool and Marriott points.

We loved staying here, staff was friendly, quiet area, fire pits at night was relaxing, easy parking, able to walk to Oxbow Public Market. Will stay here again.

This hotel was clean, cozy and overall just lovely. The location was perfect if your going on the wine train, it was within 5 minutes from the tour train and about 10 minutes walking to downtown. The only thing was that we could hear people either walking inside the hotel in other rooms or in the hallway at all hours and specially around 4 or 5 in the morning, I am a very light sleeper so it kept me up during our stay. Nevertheless I would recommend this hotel and i would stay again and bring earplugs.

The walking distance to Oxbow Market is easy and my dogs love it too. Having Slanted Door Restaurant accross the parking lot is a plus for wonderful dining. The only minus is there is no dining at the hotel... except for breakfast.

Awesome location along the River & walking distance to downtown Napa! Very close walk to the Oxbow Market! Only disappointment was no pool or jacuzzi. Probably would not stay at this property for that reason alone.

Good location. Close enough to walk to anything downtown. Nice patio over looking the river. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed this property for the most part. I expected the restaurant in the hotel to feel more like a traditional restaurant, but it often felt empty, like no one was really there eating or serving. They also stop serving food at 10am, don’t start again until 4pm, and close at 10pm. It’s not a big deal since there’s a great spot to eat just 5 minutes away and plenty of options within a short drive. My only other complaint is that our room wasn’t cleaned some days, or if it was, it happened very late, one of my pet peeves. That said, the room itself was nice, and sitting by the river was absolutely wonderful.
