As located in the area of attractions, we could easily go anywhere from the hotel within a few minutes. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a precious old building. The staffs are nice. Especially Miss Emma is a young, helpful, enthusiastic and efficient lady. Our personal problems were solved with her great support. Thanks to her and her colleagues!

Abbiamo dovuto insistere per cambiare camera perchè c'era un rumore di acqua che scorreva nei tubi e non funzionava il riscaldamento nel bagno. Avevamo prenotato con un mese di anticipo la cena della vigilia di Natale al ristorante dell'hotel ma la prenotazione anziché per 7, come ci avevano confermato, risultava per 3 alla fine ci hanno trovato una sistemazione anche se non fantastica. Va sicuramente migliorato il sevizio e l'organizzazione del personale.

Breakfast was good but staying there for 3 breakfast, we found the menu lacking variety. Pillows in the room and the bed were very comfortable. Service at front desk was also very helpful, especially Nagomi.

Un hotel que vale la pena , el edificio es muy bonito ; un exconvento, casa morisca y una parte moderna! Bien ubicado para hacer turismo en el centro de Granada. Fue un viaje familiar , y cuenta con habitación triple amplia.

The palace is beautiful but I think it should offer more for that price. The charge you extra for parking also. The room was small but well equipped and very clean. Breakfast in the claustro was the highlight,
