Overall is good except the first day we are not assigned the king size bed room as we reserved. Hotel agreed to swop the next day but need to change room

不错的酒店，设施优良齐备，比较安全，景观稍差，Wi-Fi只给一个密码，只能一个设备免费上网。房价稍贵了些，离景点稍远。酒店停车费每晚20欧元，较贵。周围泊车被抄牌，不爽。

Habitación limpia, el baño no tan cómodo porque la puerta de la regadera debería abrir hacia adentro, no hacia afuera y chorrear agua. Faltan colgadores. El personal del desayuno muy amable y atento, el desayuno es muy bueno. Está medio lejos pero está en una zona tranquila. El gimnasio demasiado pequeño y antiguo.

Staff were very welcoming and approachable. Room was clean and tidy. Pool was cold and refreshing at around 10-12 degrees, but it is February and used to swimming in Scottish lochs at 5 degrees.

Nice hotel. Our issue was that the swimming pool was being refurbished . We were not informed before we arrived or on check in. No signage on reception to let you know. Twice our safe failed to close . We had no English news or channel.

Great service from those in reception. Great facilities - pool, gym,bar. We did not eat in the hotel but restaurant looked nice. Short taxi ride into city centre but a good walk also

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, good cleanliness, friendly efficient service.Special mention for Raquel in bar/ restaurant excellent friendly service- thank you. To be evenbetter - sun loungers in poor broken condition and only 4 available. Cups/ mugs needed in room for tea/ coffee not paper cups.
