Gym poor. Rooms a bit tired. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average at best

Room was ok, bathroom looked worn. Staff were rude, unfriendly, impatient and unhelpful with the exception of 1 single member of staff named Daniel. The only staff member who was happy, polite and willing to converse. I am well travelled and have never been to a hotel where staff have made me feel so uncomfortable by their blatant rudeness. Several occasions I felt as though they weren't even listening to me. I was there to celebrate my birthday and it was a sad experience.

Was mir gefallen hat, war das freundliche Personal im Bereich Frühstück und Restaurant, Zimmerservice versorgte die Zimmer immer nachmittags mit Wasser und ein Stück Schokolade. Allerdings wenn man keine gelegenheit hatte die schokolade zu verzehren dann hat man es einfach mitgenommen, das passierte mit der Schokolade im Zimmer beim ersten Abend als Willkommengeste. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war die nicht isolierten Zimmer, man konnte das Gespräch oder Schnarchen im Nachbarzimmer gut hören, oder in der Nacht laute Rufe und Gespräche auf dem Flur hatten mir einige schlaflose Nächte beschert. Zusätzlich das komische Verhalten von Rezeption, die meine Zimmerkarte zwei Tage hintereinander storniert hatte, damit ich nochmal zu Rezeption musste um die Karte zu aktivieren und dabei die nachdrückliche komische Frage ob ich im Besitz weitere Karten bin. Das war sehr unangenehm und störend. Des Weiteren gibt es keine Hotelanlage. Man muss das Hotel verlassen und auf die Strasse gehen, damit man zu eine dürftige Anlage neben dem Hotel kommen kann mit einem kleinen Pool. Unter den 4 Sternen Hotels war das schlechteste, was ich bis jetzt erlebt habe.

Fijn verblijf gehad. Mooie gerenoveerde kamer en royale parkeergarage. Ontbijt uitstekend!

Room was clean although a bit dated. The view was almost non existent from the 3rd floor with apartments basically looking straight in the window. Staff for brilliant though and a positive all round experience.

First time at a nHcollection, but we’ll be back.

Very lovely stay. The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. We will definitely stay again

Ett stort ocharmigt hotell med personal därefter. En VÄLDIGT lång incheckning där kvinnan påpekade att det inte är incheckning förrän 15. På andra hotell är detta aldrig ett problem utan bara att man kanske behöver få vänta tills rummet är klart. Rummet var bra, sköna sängar, mörkt och tyst läge. Lätt att parkera då hotellet hade parkeringshus under. Tyvärr fick man stå i badkar för att duscha Dock ligger det med bra läge för promenad till centrala gågatan som har ett stort utbud av restauranger

Really enjoyed our stay, thought the location was great and easily accessible. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Very clean modern facilities.

This property was not what it was shown in the pictures the room we stayed was not modern or remodeled and they have pictures of ocean on Expedia, it was 15 minute walking distance from the ocean The pictures they have up on Expedia is completely different room than the one we stayed, they have pictures of more modern rooms The room we stay was very old, and the Room acces was from the lobby We asked the Front Desk if he could get us a different room it was not where it was shown in the picture, but they refuse to change our room For the price we pay for this hotel. It was definitely not worth it.
