Beautiful lakefront hotel. Staff very friendly.

Loved our room. Had a balcony on beach side. It was perfect for our girls getaway.

Nice big room. Right on the beach and beach chairs provided. Needs some upkeep, however. Bathroom faucet leaked. Refrig made a noise that kept my husband awake.No breakfast provided. Could be better.

The view on the beach was great, but that’s about it. The hotel is in need of a remodel. The water slides have been closed for 6 years and lead to an empty pool. Just felt like everything needed a major refresh.

The hotel was very good. It leans more toward excellent than good with its Lake Huron views, amenities, and helpful staff. The water park was cool but some elements were closed or removed, big slides and lily pads. So not as fun for the older kids, but We made the best of it. The arcade did not have a working quarter dispenser so we could not play the games. That being said, the staff was AMAZING, especially Elisa. Very kind and helpful. They made all the difference in our stay!

Everything was clean, well stocked, friendly staff, and overall enjoyable.

We stayed at the hotel we checked into room 202 we walked in the window was open. We didn’t think anything of it. We then shut the window and after a few minutes, you could smell dog diarrhea on the floor. We called the service desk. They immediately moved us into a room on the lower floor, which was cleaner however it’s not worth your time for the waterpark. The hot tub did not work. The pool was only 3/4 full. The slides don’t work and there was only five inner tubes to go around the lazy river. it was completely rundown. Definitely not worth the 220 some dollars we paid for one night. The coupons were good though.

Property was nice. Somewhat dated, but clean. Staff were great! Nice balconey overlooking lake, but screen was ripped from door so couldnt even leave door open.

El hotel está bien, las habitaciones amplias, lo que no me gustó, es que encontré telarañas y una araña en el techo de la habitación, en el balcón lo mismo. El parque acuático muy bien, solo que los toboganes están cerrados.

2nd year visiting this hotel. Eater park is NOT up to par. One pool was almost empty, not all slides in operation. Only lazy river and small childrens area was operational. Same as last year.

I enjoyed the pleasant chill atmosphere of the area around the hotel. I would have spoken more highly of the hotel itself, but there was constant music and noise coming from the parking lot all hours of the night and nothing was done about it by the staff. Other than that, everything was lovely.

This property had an advertised indoor water park. The water slides were non operational and had not been in years. The lazy river was dirty and green. The large water spiller in the kids area was non operational. The hot tub had no jets that worked. The only water park licenses displayed expired in 2022. The advertised arcade was only partially operational with only the car games running; claw machines, air hockey, bowling and pool games not working. The AC was not working in the arcade. The change machine only accepted dollar bills, when we asked for change at the front desk, we were rudely informed that we could only have five dollar bills even though we were using in the arcade. The room was not as advertised. The trolley/ shuttle as advertised was non exisistent. The staff was rude during our entire stay.

Was just all around dirty and not well maintained.

Staff were friendly and the view was fantastic. There is no microwave in the room but they do have one in the lobby for guest use. The big slides at the Waterpark were closed for the entirety of our stay and the water probably needed some chlorine but my kids loved it still. Housekeeping came by to offer fresh towels and trash pick up. They even had staff outside to clean the lawn/beach area. We would stay here again!

Hotel employees were very friendly. However we had a horrible experience. First our room was not the same as the pictured room on the website and our room refrigerator was missing a foot and so the fridge would fall over every time we opened the door. The toilet paper holder and coat rack were literally about to fall off the wall. The property advertised mini golf was not on property and cost extra. The water park was very unkept and run down. The water temp in the hot tub was not hot and there were multiple dead bugs in the hot tub. The jets were not turned on in the children’s pool water slides and so they did not work. There were two large water slides that were not in use. And the on site laundry facilities were broken. Over all, I do not recommend this hotel.

The staff was nice. Could keep the hallways cleaner. We got to check in 30 min early and the beach had fire pits. Would go there again just for that!
