Property is located near places where you want to visit. The property is also just across IN and Out Burger, and some other restaurants.

Staff was friendly and helpful! Clean facility too, I loved having no carpet in the room. There was a very nice smell in the entire place. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was nice and helpful but the room was outdated and not clean. They had a paper in the room saying that the rooms are cleaned every other week so that was not good for the price of the hotel.

Staff was very helpful. Room was not clean and it smelled loke cigarettes. This property is supposed ro be a non smoking location. Bathroom tub was not draining properly.

Extended Stay Santa Barbara was more affirdable than most other hotels on rhe area. It's in a quieter area across the street from an In & Out Burger and gas station. Easy access to the highway. You won't really get what you pay for. At $240, there were no toiletries. You must ask for specific dishes and dish soap.An alarm went off on the middle of the night which led to a cascade of unfortunate health events for me (a young healthy person). No manager was available in the morning to discuss the incident with. Shower was not cleaned in advance, and despite "recent renovations" the place still felt old, bare bones, and uncomfortable to stay in. Value is closer to Motel. I wouldn't pay more than $140 to stay here. Won't stay again.

My bedroom had hair from the former guest on the walls of the bathtub, and the floor was so filthy it was impossible to walk barefoot.

Room smelly and refrig dirty; new room had odor, garbage under sink, few amenities, microwave dirty, surprised by extra charge for pet, back door did not operate properly

The staff was very sweet and helpful, and the rooms were clean, which I appreciated. However, the amenities were lacking, breakfast was just muffins and coffee, and there was no shampoo or body wash provided in the bathrooms. The beds also felt quite flimsy and uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable, quiet

We arrived for summer solatice and from the start was greeted by Sara front door staff. She provided us with food information about the rooms where to park, snd local restaurants. She wass mind to our sweet dog who was on his forstvroad trip as a puppy. We forgot our bowl at home abd she was able to accomodate us with a food bowl. She provided us with information on gran and go breakfast whcih she was honest. Oatmeal muffins a granola bars with coffee. We even were able to check in early and check out an hour later all due to thw kindness of the staff. The room was clean. You have to ask for paper towels plates and cups. But should have all your needs. We were happy as it was close to in and out for our aon and was close to where our sons La Crosse game was playin lg. The room was perfect for what we needed and affordable for our budget. I would stay here again if needed. Thank you Sara!!! You were awesome!!!

The hotel staff was great! Brian was very friendly and the room was reasonably priced, spacious and had a full kitchen.

Santa Barbara is expensive. $280 a night, and the "breakfast" is some prepack muffins, breakfast snack bar and one pot of coffee. Someone is packing the profit away in a bank account and clearly not spending it on the staff or the facility.

The rooms were clean and staff was very responsive and professional.

Just the bed was. A little to hard not soft had trouble to sleep but all the facilities was great
