Newly decorate and smelly. Room is too small and no fan to exchange air in bathroom. Good location but pricing.

酒店感覺新和乾淨，地點方便。但一個女前台的服務和態度差得要命！！入租住日子由6/5~9/5三晚！6/5先跟我爸爸入往，7/5~9/5二晚多租了一個房。因為媽媽7/5上午上午9點才從香港到巴黎酒店。9點離登記入房只有3小時，我想帶媽媽到我的房間放下行李，休息一下再拿房子。這女前台用很差的語氣和方式不讓我媽媽上我房間，否則要多扣我一晚房錢！！！房間内暖氣壞了也見我們是華人，這女前台愛理不理，别離開那日也没修理好！房內無拖鞋無咖啡，無暖氣！更不幫我們打電話租車……不知這女前台服務員的服務能算上四星嗎？我們最可憐的是這家酒店可能太小，所以由上午9點到下午9點也只有她當值！想找别人也幫忙也没有！每晚也要等别一個前台上班才可問路真的很惨！花錢受委屈！！！！

离卢浮宫、奥赛和橘园都是步行十分钟的距离。服务也还算不错，早上八点到的，已经准备好房间，直接让我们入住了。跟图片不太一样，房间有点小，但有设计感，挺干净，没有热水壶，配备的洗漱品还不错。

good location ,near metor,rer etc..nice room , but wifi cant work in 4 days（i stay 5 nigth）, LAN cable also cant.

比較驚人的是 半夜三點多警鈴大響 大家都跑到一樓門外 結果飯店櫃檯人員說只是有房客在房間吸菸 導致響鈴響了又關不掉 大概響了15分鐘 鈴響結束後 回到房間睡覺 過了大約半小時 又再一次響鈴.......還是只能爬樓梯下樓 又再飯店門口外待了15分鐘才回去 整個晚上睡的不太好.......很驚恐

There was only one receptionist at the counter. He was not helpful at all. When we asked about the directions to the underground and shops, he answered reluctantly. Seemed he did not like communicating with Asians. He was very friendly to other Western guests! We needed to search for our left baggage when leaving the hotel, and he didn't even say goodbye to us!

Rooms are a bit tight but it is a great location with friendly staffs!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (Stadttipps, Restaurant Empfehlungen, Hilfe bei Metro,…) Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und im Französischen Stil eingerichtet mit Aussicht. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und man kann viele Attraktionen zu Fuss besichtigen (Louvre, Opera Garnier, Lafayette, Montmartre,…). Das Frühstück war klein aber hatte alles zu bieten und war qualitativ sehr gut.

Great location for a Paris trip. As expected the rooms are on the small side, but otherwise everything else was very good. This is a solid 4-star boutique option and you really can't ask for a better location. Safe, close to almost everything.

Great little boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. Dog friendly, premium toiletries, clean comfortable beds (pillows, mattress, duvet), friendly staff. Great price for the value for sure.
