作为飞行前的住宿基本可以，不太适合作为旅行的住宿

The checkin and out

Room was not clean, its like they didnt even try to clean the bathroom counter. I found hairs in my bed and on pillows, and the staff was clueless to kids who were causing a ruckus at all hours of the night. I was on the second floor, and the desk is right below, theres a viewable area from the second floor. You could hear and see kids running around, throwing things, being disruptive, and the staff did absolutely nothing. Wasnt able to enjoy the pool/hottub because of the velocity of people in there. Water pressure in the shower was ridiculous. Over all, would have just rather have booked somewhere else that was just a bit more expensive, because it wasnt just one thing, but everything about that stay that was terrible.

Good place

Restaurants were good, no breakfast provided. There was a youth hockey team staying at the hotel with many unsupervised children running, yelling, and playing hockey in the halls. They also took over the pool area with only a couple of parents supervising well over 25 kids.

The rooms were clean and spacious and it was very convenient to leave our vehicle there when we flew away for a vacation.

Front desk staff Amrik help me with a room switch without any questions. Great place to stay.

Very nice hotel

Everything was good except the parking is not great. Not enough parking and a big sandman van in front of the front door at night making it hard for cars to pass through. Otherwise great stay!

The bedding is not really comfortable

Room was clean with updated furnishings. Plenty of towels and a comfortable bed. Gym was clean with good equipment. Pool amenities were okay, however other hotel guests were not being respectful in that area so we unfortunately had to avoid.

Staff were great with dealing with excessive noise due to hockey team booking. Only odd thing was I wasn’t able to adjust room temperature even after contacting the front desk. Room was cold.

A good accommodation if you’re on a budget. They have Moxie’s that serves good food. Gym is basic but it’s expected. Location isnt too bad - costs around $23 to go to downtown. Theres an aviation museum and Sunridge Mall within a few kms. The staff are what made my stay good. They’re very helpful.

It's an older, outdated hotel. The room and bathroom was small. The bathroom was not very clean and we had issues with the hot and cold water valve in the shower. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors. We didn't use the pool amenities because it was located in the open space in the middle of the hotel. We liked the convenience of Moxie's restaurant attached to it and the breakfast buffet was good. Overall, an okay stay for 1 night.

Attention to detail was lacking in the cleaning staff. Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Lots of small damages not being kept up. Room was also very warm and temp could not be adjusted.

In general I am very satisfied with my stay and put 5 stars. Things to improve: The conditioner - you can not set it lower than specific temperature, so the room is a bit suffocating on a hot day. The room service food is expencive as well as other food facilities on the premises. But I see it as an extra so no stars down. The staff is helpful, the room was clean
