The bathroom especially the shower room is too small. Otherwise, convenient location with delicious breakfast. The staff are also friendly.

오래된 숙소였지만 관리가 잘 되어있었고 깨끗하고 넓었어요 스탶들이 매우 친절했습니다

Hotel was vey traditional and in a great location, and easy walk to the centre of Pisa. Room was spotlessly clean and all of the amenities you would require, Breakfast was buffet style and was excellent, lots of choice. Would definitely stay again!!

Location was good and staff very friendly. It’s a cute hotel and we liked it. Our room however was not great because it was extremely cold, the radiator in the bathroom wasn’t working, and we had to get two additional thick blankets to try to sleep somewhat comfortably. I recommend you ask the hotel for a room they know for sure stays warm when it’s cold outside.

Um hotel 4 estrelas mas que se enquadra de 2 a 3. Os quartos precisam de reforma e remodelação. Tem paredes com manchas, a cama range demais com qualquer movimento, o banheiro é muito pequeno, principalmente o box, o edredon da cama não tem capa o que deixa a duvida se é trocado para cada hóspede. O café da manhã é razoável mas com pouca reposição. Se o hotel não se qualificasse com 4 estrelas, muitas dessas observações não se aplicariam pois são comuns em hoteis 2 ou 3, estrelas. O pessoal é muito atencioso e tem um transfer para o aeroporto por 7,50 euros por pessoa

Fint og rent værelse der desværre lå med vindue ud til skakt, hvor afløbsrør løb langs væggen med det resultat at når der blev trukket ud efter toiletbesøg i nabo værelser resulterede det i en del støj. Lydt. Baren meget dyr, gav 14€ for en spritz

Stanza perfetta, ottima la colazione. Ambiente pulito e silenzioso. Vicino al centro storico e raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria

I found a hair In pastry during breakfast. Staff denied it when was contacted in regards. Also find a sock on my chair after checking in staff denied it that too after Expedia agents reached out them directly.
