Good for Family stay

Friendly staff, clean room. Plenty of choice for breakfast. It is right next to a McDonald’s so there are a few cars about later at night. Overall great stay, ideal for what we required

The lift broke. The apple juice was strange and no bananas...

Always a warm welc

The gentleman that checked us in was lovely and helpful. All the other staff were grumpy and barely acknowledged that you were there. Room was clean and communal areas also clean. Room was very basic and small. Breakfast was awful. Enough choice but quality was terrible. I have never tasted such bad veggie (vegan) sausages, they were completely inedible.

Very friendly greeting on arrival, super clean room with air conditioning which was very welcome during this very hot weather. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Good selection of food for breakfast and free parking. What’s not to like!

Great stay. Exactly what you’d expect

Late check in was handy, I arrived about 11pm as was the bar staying open until 2 am!! Air con was v.noisy so was left with choice of being boiling (with AC off), not being able to sleep because of noise, or opening the windows and listening to M5. I choose the second option.

Nice clean room. Staff very nice. Only issue was parking but that was because of some works going on around the car park. And I suspect customers of the harvester and mcdonalds using up spaces.

Nothing special really. No eggs at breakfast so didn’t bother with it.

Everything was great 👍

This was an easily accessible, comfortable room with pleasant staff and a good breakfast. There were plenty of places nearby and within walking distance to get dinner. The only thing that was slightly difficult was the parking. It's a very well used car park, but it is free, so if you can get a space, it's great.

Good hotel in an easily accessible location, great breakfast with friendly and efficient staff.

Convenient hotel close to the M5. Helpful staff and lots of parking and food options nearby. Free breakfast is a bonus, but could be improved.

Rooms are clean have everything you need only down side the single duvets don’t fit the bed they’re way too small

Overall the stay was very good staff 👌 clean rooms good value would stay again in holiday inn
