We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful

Special hotel renovated from Abbaye. Location is perfect. Very quite. It is clean. The food and cocking in the Restaurant for Dinner is very good. Service there is very friendly and help. It might be problem for the aged people as no lift to the floors. My room is duplex and I needed to be very careful to go down from the bed room to the sitting room.

This hotel and their staff are absolutely wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was unique, the staff (specifically Thibault) were very helpful and fun. Highly suggest grabbing a drink from Thibault in their lobby bar.

This is a fabulous little jewel of a hotel. It is lovely, charming, the hosts and staff are great and the breakfasts were too notch. Highly recommended boutique hotel! Note that there is no elevator but they will cary your bags up.

This hotel is lovely!

First of all the hotel has turned a historic building into stunning rooms and spaces. Every detail has been thoroughly and artfully applied. The rooms are spotless and have a beautiful fusion of history meets modern comfort. Additionally the staff is amazing--so friendly and attentive. The breakfast is also superb--a French breakfast served with gracious hospitality--would highly recommend this hotel!!

Notre suite était jolie et originale mais comportait beaucoup trop de défauts pour le prix et un 4 étoiles … (assise du canapé fichue, bain à remous qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de pression dans la douche, isolation sonore entre les autres chambres de l’hotel inexistante, plaque de commande de la chasse d’eau qui tombait, télécommande de la petite chambre HS, plaque en inox du robinet du lavabo rayé ++) beaucoup trop de « petits défauts » qui ne correspondent pas à nos standards

La chambre est superbe et aussi très propre. À notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueillis dans un lieu impressionnant et magnifique. Très bel endroit.

Le personnel est aux petits soins en permanence, la chambre en mezzanine très confortable, la salle de bain aussi agréable que la piscine intérieure et le petit-déjeuner sur-mesure. Notre séjour a été excellent.

Tout était parfait ! Ce lieu est exceptionnel et le tarif hors saison aussi !

An amazing location and a beautiful building. The hotel staff were also incredible, going above and beyond to help me with a poorly timed dental emergency. Thanks to Betty! Friendly and helpful in every way. Our only concern was to let potential guests know that you can be up three flights of winding medieval staircase plus in your room your bed maybe on a mezzanine, one more flight of narrow steps. If you have any infirmity this might be too much!

Hotel lindo c uma beleza impactante!! Quarto e banheiro maravilhosos, produtos de banho excelentes!!! Café da manhã e uma experiência deliciosa e linda!!! O único inconveniente é q nosso quarto ficou no 3 andar e a escada é caracol de pedra!!!! A escada mata!!! Tem q ir sem bagagem
