All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us warmly right from the entrance. Although the official check-in time was 4 PM, we were able to enter our room as early as 11 AM, which was a wonderful surprise. The lobby was cozy with a lovely scent, and every detail of the interior design was beautiful. Our room was luxurious and spotless, but the highlight was definitely the comfortable bed and the stunning mountain view.

Can’t go wrong staying at a Four Seasons

The place is gorgeous, the service was impecable. Only downside is the food in their “Sidecut” steakhouse, the menu is very limited, steaks and salads below average and extremely expensive

Great stay! They upgraded us to a new room when we arrived. The staff is super friendly and they have a whole bunch of complimentary food and drinks at different times of the day! Felt like royalty at times! The views and lovely and super peaceful stay. A ton of amenities as well. They served ice cream at different times too. Would highly recommend staying here! The room was really nice too. Everything was clean, organized and the washroom was incredibly spacious with a shower and bathtub separate.

Lovely hotel. Some of the staff were a bit apathetic/not helpful especially the brown haired hostess at main restaurant. The pool also seems like it could use a facelift but rooms are well appointed and comfortable.
