超溫馨的房間，大又舒適，冷氣很涼，浴室水很大還有浴缸，床好睡，早餐也很豐富，想給超五顆心評價。

搭公車的話會繞市區一下，約十幾分，位於高山上，離公車站近，服務還不錯，早餐很棒！

It is a good hotel to stay in Siena with clean and comfortable room. Their breakfast is various and yummy. The staff are friendly and very helpful with my travel information. 我是自助行，住這裡去玩托斯卡尼山城，沒租車靠西恩納公車和二隻腳，住這裡搭公車遊山城很方便

房間寬敞、舒適整潔；服務人員迅速有禮；有停車位但需事先預約，否則不易停車；距離西恩納城徒步就可以到。

Highly recommended. The hotel was a block from the escalator flight that comes up from the train station, so no taxi required to transfer. Hotel staff was terrific and the room nicely appointed. I was about a 20-minute walk to the Duomo, almost all of it through the historic medieval city so a beautiful journey.

とても美しく快適なお部屋でした。ただ、部屋へたどり着くまでエレベーターを利用しても小さな階段が幾つかあり、お洒落でしたがスーツケースの持ち上げに苦労しました。スタッフの対応はとても感じが良かったです。朝食は野菜が少なかったですが、コスパ的には充分です。

Um dos melhores hotéis que fiquei na Itália, tudo muito novo e funcionários extremamente atenciosos. Ponto importante o café, que estava maravilhoso !!
