only the keyless entry wasnt’t working good we were locked out and it was so cold.

Great place to stay!

Wonderful staff, great amenities, a lovely place to unwind

Great place to stay. Parking was a nightmare. And one of the bases of our beds was broken. The hotel tried to wire the metal frame and well this didn’t work for when we went to sleep on it. people pay enough it should be brand new and fixed immediately. Railing bar on upper floor broken too. Other wise quiet. Great pools great views and location. Would stay again but would inspect the room prior.

Great place for all

Liked having the bus pass to go into town. I thought the hot tub would be relaxing but a lot of kids. Only used it once. Like the kindling and free firewood.

We have stayed here a few times and love it.

Been here once before, it is all around a hreta place to get away, and just an easy bus ride down to Banff

We had a great stay, however I wanna mention that washroom faucet needs to change as what they said it needs a trick to open, also door access card is very sensitive that when you keep it close to cellphone & cards, it won't work & need get new one at the front desk.

Very cozy place, love it

Our room was extremely dirty. It appeared as though it hadn't been painted in decades, with walls and ceilings stained by soot and smoke. Out of all the places we've visited across Alberta, BC, and the Caribbean, this was by far the worst in terms of condition. The resort staff should show greater pride in maintaining the cleanliness and overall state of the suites. The resort itself was nice and shows potential, but that offered little comfort given the poor condition of the suite. We will not be returning to Hidden Ridge Resort as a result.

Loved this place would stay agin!

Too pricey for what it offers — no gym, tiny pool, and not much to do. Though, it has a great view of the mountains. The front desk did not know what they where selling and were unkind. We asked to see the plushbear and that staff doesnt know what they are selling that was on the things to do flyer’s

We love Hidden Ridge Resort , it has amazing mountain views, the suit was spacious, clean, fully stocked for cooking, all appliances in working condition, the beds were so comfortable. They renovated their sauna, it’s so much better now. Staff was very friendly and efficient. We definitely come back

It was absolutely beautiful! Amazing views and the staff were phenomenal! Tons of space in our cabin for our big family of 6!

Great room with lots of space. Pool was warm, hot tub excellent. Loved using Banff ROAM for transportation.

The outdoor Hot tub, Heated pool and Sauna make for a mini nordic Spa experience with the mountains as a backdrop. The fire in the lobby with seating, fresh coffee and refreshments is a cozy setting to read a book and be able to view the pool area. There is a book shared library as well. We stayed in a loft suite with 2 beds upstairs and were delightfully surprised to find a half bathroom upstairs! Great for middle of the night use, with a full bath downstairs beside the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen has all the supplies needed for basic cooking, and the porch had chairs to sit on as well. The only issue we had was smoke coming into the unit when we lit a fire but that could have been user error. They also supply fans in the units which we appreciated. The only reason this isn't a 4 is because some of the esthetic is tired and needs a refresh (paint on stairs, tile in pool, carpet), but the ammenities and the view make up for it. Also a bus is available into Town just a short walk down the driveway for nights you don't want to drive to enjoy a beverage out. Will stay here again!

This was not our first time staying at the hidden ridge. We liked it for its quiet and cleanness but the quality has gone down. The hot tub is VERY crowded almost all the time. The rooms are not clean; there was hair in the shower/tub, the toilets have stained, carpet has stains etc. The hotel is in need of renovation. In general Banff is too crowded, so I guess they can’t keep their quality with the demand.

We got a suite that was on the lower level. The people above were making so much noise that I couldnt sleep. When I brought this up with the front desk they were so inderstanding and moved us to one of the upper suites at no cost. They made sure our stay was enjoyable and made it supper easy to approach them at any time. We will be coming vack here again!!

The property itself was good. Yes, the condos are dated but everything worked and our place was clean. The hot tub was nice, except one morning it was cold so we had to wait until later to use it. My only real complaint would be the man working the front desk, I wish I caught his name, but he was pretty unpleasant. My card wasn’t working at check in (yet it worked everywhere else) and he scoffed and gave me a look like I was wasting his time. Anyways, everything did get worked out with payment a few minutes later. The other ladies that I dealt with at the front were very kind. I would stay here again.
